The nosey family was waiting for Dev to come back home. They were all sitting in the living room and Dev was asked to come in front of them as they all wanted to know how did Pooja react
Dev:: what's happening? Everything ok? Why is everyone sitting here and looking at me like this?
Vimi:: you are asking us why?
Dev:: Bua yes I'm asking why because I want to know what happened. Coz I was hoping to get some sleep
Vijay:: Dev this is serious
D:: whats serious? Can someone tell me what happened?
Nandini:: offooo!! Can you all stop scaring my bachcha. Dev we are waiting to know how did Pooja react when she saw you? (She sounded so excited)
D:: common people you guys scared me.
Raj:: ok common tell us what happened, u made your sister wake up so early now tell us what happened
D::guys there's something called privacy!!
(Everyone gave him the questioning look) ok guys don't look at me like that. She was shocked when she saw me. She was so happy that she ran and hugged me (Dev profusely blushing)
Dadi:: oh yea that's my girl!!! And did you kiss her?
Mark:: Dadi seriously?
Dadi:: oye chup o!!!
Disha:: guys pls stop Dev then what happened?
D:: then what she was very happy and we went to have breakfast, she got emotional when the owner of the diner brought tiramisu. We chatted she told me one of her Dadi is coming who is very dangerous
Nandini:: oh yea her mom was talking about her everyone is scared of her. Okay then what happened?
D:: okay guys I understand what you guys want to know. Basically you all want to know the answer to Dadi's question (he rolls his eyes) so the answer is no!! Nope we did not kiss and it's not happening before we get married
Mark:: yes yes!! Dadi u loose the better give me $500
D:: what you guys were betting on this? Seriously this is my family? He just facepalmed himself
Nandini:: alright guys stop bothering my baby. Dev but u didn't kiss her or she didn't let you?
D:: Maa you too? I'm going to sleep now
Everyone burst out laughing
Dadi:: Vijay are you sure he was not exchanged in the hospital?
Vijay:: Maa I fainted when he was born so I don't know.
Dadi:: I wonder what happened coz both my kids and Disha had love marriage how come this boy is different.
D:: ok guys disown me!!! I'm done with you all BYE!!! Pls find my real family!!
Next Day
Dev went for his fitting and as he planned his mom came with Pooja to help her son and everything looked perfect.
D:: Maa are u guys going to check out jewelry?
Nandini:: Yea that's the plan, today I'm going to buy everything for my daughter in law whatever suits her and ofcourse Daddy's paying so makes the shopping more fun
D:: so you guys need some help? I can come
Nandini:: we don't need your help, it's okay you can go home
D::Maaaaaaa!! I'm sure you might need help to carry bags (trying to signal his mom)
Nandini::: Oooooo Yea Yea ofcourse we need a man power to carry our shopping bags
Dev doesn't wait for a second he calls the chauffeur right away tells him to go home Coz he is taking his mom. His mom purposely took the back seat telling Pooja to sit in front in the car and then they went to check out some jewelry.
Nandini wanted Pooja to pick something that would go fine with the gown she was going to wear for the wedding reception after all the rituals are done. So they are all looking around for the perfect set, ofcourse Dev was helping too but suddenly his eyes fell on a simple pendant. It was a heart shaped 8ct solitaire inside a heart shaped pendant which he felt was really cute, he went and bought it obviously he was quick enough to hide it in his pocket. After some time they found what they were looking for so everyone was happy.
Dev:: Maa are you going to drop Pooja before dinner?
Nandini:: are you mad I already told her mom that I'm not sending her before dinner and she will come home with us and You will drop her after dinner. Last time when she came you were not here and she didn't get to see your room
D:: why? She has my key and you could've shown it to her.
Nandini:: she wanted you to show it
Today Dev is the happiest he couldn't believe his luck. He thought he will see her for few minutes but his mom planned it all. He thought Mom's are the greatest!!
Dev happily came back home with the ladies, they were already little late and everyone was waiting so without farther delay they all sat down for dinner. It felt like Pooja was already family, she was laughing and joking with everyone Dadi was the happiest Coz Pooja loved all Dadi's weird ideas, at one point Dev felt he is new to this family.
Dadi:: Pooja I heard Dev still didn't kiss you?
P:: Yea Dadi he still didn't kiss me, may be he is shy but it's ok I'll wait till the wedding..
Dev was shocked to hear that but he just put his head down and smiled at her cuteness.
Dadi:: ohooo!!! Sorry beta you are getting such unromantic boy.
Mark:: Dadi are you Dev's adopted Dadi?
Dadi:: isko koi ghar bhejo (somebody send him home) oye Mark why do u always have to say something?
Mark:: first of all Nandini mom promised my mom before she died that she will take care of me that's why I have a room in this house and secondly Dadi you are pretty lame though. Not Indian at all.
Dadi:: hey Bhagwan!!!
Dadi and Mark are the best friends who fights about every thing. Mark's dad is pretty wealthy himself but he is busy with work specially after his wife's death so Mark spends most of his time in this house more like another son in the house.
Pooja and Dadi embarrassed Dev enough but he was happy to see how happy his family is and how well Pooja gelled in. It was getting late so Pooja had to leave.
Dev:: but you didn't even see my room
(Then he whispered) our room!!
Pooja smiled and blushed
Dev takes Pooja to his room, which is in the other side of the mansion almost few minutes walk from their big dining room. Before going to his room Pooja says bye to everyone as she will leave after she sees the room.
So they enter the bedroom
