After what felt like an eternity my eyes closed for the last time in my short life.

(Flashback End)

My vision was still black and I couldn't feel anything. But then like in an instant I could feel solid ground beneath me and I could breathe. I opened my quickly and tried to sit up but I couldn't because of a pain in my stomach. "Where the hell am I, I should be dead," I said as I looked around the... forest? "Okay, first I'm being shot in the stomach in my room and die and next thing I know I'm alive in a fucking forest" I mused as I just laid on the ground. "Might as well and try to find some form of civilization" I said as I get up from my position on the ground, ignoring the pain in my stomach.

I realized that when I got up I was noticeably shorter. I looked at my hands and saw that they were smaller than my 'adult' hands. "Okay now I'm curious," I said as I look around and find a conveniently placed large puddle not too far from me. I ran over to it and looked at my reflection. "I'm 8 years old!" I shouted. "Great, not only did I die but life took away my beautiful adult body. Now I'm stuck with my 8-year-old self" I shouted angrily. "Guess I should still look for that civilization" I mumbled to myself as I crossed my arms.

I walked straight for what felt like hours because my little legs were screaming for me to stop. I was also a little thirsty and hungry. "Where the fuck is civilization at!" I shouted in anger. If the world had ears then it must have heard me because almost as soon as my angry statement left my mouth in the distance I saw what looked like a big gate.

"Oh finally," I said as I sighed in relief. I ran towards the gate and the closer I got the more familiar it got. Once I emerged from the trees and was a little closer to the gate that it clicked. "Wait..." I started as I pointed at the big green gate doors with my other hand cupping my chin in thought. "Big green gate doors, large walls around the gate, Leaf symbol... Holy shit, I"m in Naruto!" I shouted in excitement.

"Alright Jess, get it together," I said to myself so that I could calm down. "Alright think, what name should I use," I said as I started brainstorming names. "June sounds good," I said to myself. With confidence, I walked to the gates of Konoha. When I got there I saw Izumo and Kotetsu sleeping. "Really guys," I said as I deadpanned. I picked up a pebble and aimed at Izumo. "Let's hope my aim isn't shit," I said as I threw the pebble. The pebble flew fast as it hit Izumo nad he jumped awake. I couldn't help but laugh at his reaction. He must have gotten in front off me as I was laughing really hard because the next time I opened my eyes he was in front of me. "Aaahh!" I screamed in surprise. I fell down on the ground and then I started to see flashes of the guy who murdered me and I started to whimper in fear. I felt so damn weak when I did that. I guess dying would leave some sort of mental scar on someone.

"Izumo I think you overdid it" I heard Kotetsu say to his partner. "She threw a pebble at me, It hurt" I heard Izumo complain to his partner. "You've been hit with Kunia before, stop being such a baby," Kotetsu said. I felt a hand on my shoulder. I slowly lifted my head and saw that it was Kotetsu. "Are you okay kid?" Kotetsu asked me. "Ye-yeah," I said hesitatingly. I looked up at Izumo and saw he was still a little mad but not as much as before. "I'm sorry Mr. Izumo for throwing the pebble at you. I just needed some help" I said as I apologized to him.

"And what is that?" Kotetsu asked. I looked at him again and gave him the best serious face my 8-year-old face could muster. "I need to speak with the Hokage," I said seriously. Their faces look like they've never heard someone ask to see the Hokage. I got a little angry at there silence. "Did I stutter dammit!" I shouted. They looked at me in shock. "I'm mean honestly guys, you don't do much at the guard post anyways so can you just take me to him," I said as I placed my hands on my hip.
