Chapter 10: Kakashi's Bell Test

(Flashback Start)

After walking for a few minutes we arrived at the front gate of the compound. I turned to Neji as we arrived in front of the gate. "This is my stop. Thanks for the wonderful evening, I hope we can do it again soon" I said with a hint of hope mixed in. "Yes, the evening was enjoyable, I would love to go on another date with you," Neji said to me as he gave me the most genuine smile I have ever seen him give anyone.

I just started at his closed eye smile for a few moments and before I knew what I happened,

Neji connected his lips connected with mine.

I stood there, like a frozen statue. My mind was going a million miles a second. Only when Neji pulled away did I realize something, I. JUST. KISSED. NEJI. After recovering from my frozen ass state I felt my face heat up. I looked at Neji and he just smiled that smile of his again. "After a few moments of silence, I finally spoke. "D-d-did y-you l-like i-i-it?" I asked in a stutter. I mentally face-palmed, For fuck sakes, my first kiss and I stutter like there's no tomorrow.

"I enjoyed it if that was your question," Neji said to me chuckling a bit. I nodded up and down furiously because I didn't trust my stuttering ass to form a coherent sentence. "Seeing as your home I will take my leave," Neji said to me as he turned around and started to walk away. I decided to try being bold so I tapped his shoulder, which caused him to turn around. "What is it?" Neji asked me as I just stood there. I just breathed in and out and went for it, I kissed him back.

I would say it was as long as the first one but time for me blurs when this happens. When I p[ulled away it was Neji's turn to turn a bright red color. "I'll see you next time Neji-Kun!" I said playfully and winked as I entered the clan compound. When I got through the gates I quietly snuck up to the front door and as quietly as possible I opened the door slowly. But almost as soon as I closed the door, took my shoes off, and turned around the lights inside turned on, revealing my mother and father. There was only one thought going through my head "I'm so dead".

"H-Hi Mom, Dad" I sais as I nervously scratched the back of my neck. I decided to try and change the subject before they said anything by asking where Naruto was. "Sooooo... Where's Naruto?" I asked as I looked at the wall to my right like it was the most interesting thing in the world to me. "I know what you're trying to do June, don't try to change the subject," Mom said sternly. "Damn," I said in my head. I slowly faced my parents and said "You got me".

"What were you doing outside the gates?" dad asked. I paled when he asked the question but as I remembered the kiss Neji gave me and the one I gave him my pale white face turned to a bright red almost pink color. Dad raised an eyebrow while mom gave me a... proud smile, not what I expected if I'm going, to be honest. "So, did you and Mr. Hyuga have any 'fun'?" Mom said, dragging out the 'so' and exaggerating the 'fun'. "MOM! We did nothing like that" I shouted. "Okay," Mom said in a sign-song tune while giving me a wink. "I'm going to bed!" I yelled over my shoulder.

Timeskip to Training Grounds 7 at 7:00 a.m

Okay, I know I told Naruto and Hinata to be here at 10 am but I decided to come early and try meditating. Even though my chakra reserves are already massive I wanted to try and expand them so I can basically become a goddess. So, I picked out a tree to sit under and planted myself under it and got into my meditating position. It kind of looks like when Naruto's trying to go into sage mode. I do accidentally go into sage mode instantly whenever I do this but I kind of think it helps.
