Twelve people were sitting around the table in the dining room, none speaking a word.

Everytime Tion would try to say something, Kaia would turn around and talk to someone of the royal family.

"Please. Forgive us." Tion says but Kaia only looks at him sliding her hand into Joshua's under the table.

"Kaia..." Another voice starts to talk but Kaia hold up her hand.

"I left. So why are you here?" She asks and Joshua moves closer to her and everyone of the vistors knit their eyebrows together.

"Kaia. Won't you introduce us?" Jessi asks sitting next to Kaia on her right.

"My parents, Tion and Star. Brian and his parents, Claire and Brice and then we have Adray."

"Just Brian?" He asks and Joshua could sense some tension between the two.

"Yes when were tou more than just Brian? The time you ousted me, or the time you chose money over me?" Kaia asks and she could feel Joshua's nody tense up.

"Don't worry." Kaia whispers into Joshua's ear. This action doesn't go unnoticed by the guests.

Every one of them looked at her bewildered. She turns to look at them, glaring as much as she could, as Joshua runs his hand down the middle of her back.

"What? Can't I whisper something to my husband?" She asks and Brian jumps up from the table.

"What?!" He nearly yells and his parents pull him back before he launches at Joshua.

"Why do you care if she's married to me?" Joshua asks and Kaia realises that she never tod Joshua the truth of how she got here before Joshua found her.

"It doesn't matter anymore. I've left my past behind me, and moved on."

"Moved on?! We were together for two years and engaged! How can you move on in a month?!" Brian uells and then Kaia hears the chair beside her scrape against the floor.

Turning to the side she sees Joshua storming out of the hall.

She runs after him and grabs him by his arm. He rips his arms free and spins around he starts to tug at his wedding ring and finally manages to take it off.

The finger where the rings was on, started swelling and she could see a small tear on his flesh where the finger folds.

Joshua takes his ring and roughly places it in Kaia's hand.

"I don't want you near me anymore. I hate you." Joshua says and leaves the room.

Looking down at Joshua's wedding ring she sees a tear fall next to the ring. That's when she saw the engraving of his ring, which he never let her see.

'You matter the most to me, Kaia.'

She places Joshua's ring on her tumb and runs out of the room and towards her shared room with Joshua.

Walking into the room she sees Joshua buzy throwing everything he bought and gave to her into a bag.

She tries to get him to stop but he wouldn't. He kept shoving her out of the way.

The last time he shoved her, it was a bit too hard as she went flying into the desk and felt something push through her body.

She started choking, and coughing feeling blood run out of her mouth, but Joshua was so lost in his anger that he didn't see her.

She weakly watched as Joshua kept on packing her bags. She was crying but no sound came from her lips.

Kaia's tears were starting to mix with her blood and she continued choking on the blood, flowing from her mouth, but she kept staring at him.

"I'm s-sor-ry. You don't... Have to... Worry about me... I only regret... Not telling you sooner... I-I l-love you." Kaia says as the last bit of strength she had leaves her.

She closes her eyes and could feel nothing after she heard a ringing in her ears.
