🏰🏰
Joshua was sitting on his bed, looking at Kaia as she slept with an uncomfortable expression on her face.
Seeming to have felt the stare on her, she opens her eyes. Scared by the fact that Someone was staring at her she cowered under Joshua's gaze.
"Why were you sleeping in a tree?" Joshua asks and Kaia looks at him wondrring if she should tell him, but decides against it, for now.
"I just felt comfortable, which is ironic cause I fell down tree branches and ended up here." Kaia says instead.
"If you were uncomfortable sleeping in the same bed, you could have told me." Joshua says feeling hurt though he didn't know why.
"Anyway, it still early. Sleep and rest." Joshua says but Kaia still doesn't move.
"Fine." Joshua says laying down and closes his eyes.

Kaia stayed awake most of the night and she was still sitting in the same position she was.
Joshua would move around every niw and then, before going still for a while until he moved again.
Kaia was getting sore from sitting in the same position and when she stood up, she stretched her body as best she could because of the bandages.
She stood near the window and looked out at the castle grounds, when she heard Joshua shift in the bed.
Turning around she sees Joshua sitting upright, rubbing his face.
He seems to remember that Kaia was still in the room and immediately looked to his side before mumbling
"Not again."
Joshua hears a chuckle from the window and slightly relaxes - but not enough for Kaia to see - after seeing her standing by the window.
"Joshua? Are you awake? We need to talk to both of you." A woman's voice rings from the other side of the door.
"We'll be outside in a few minutes, we'll see you in the throne room." Joshua replies and gets up from the bed.
"You can take a shower. I'll arrange for some clothes for you." Joshua says and Kaia nods going to the bathroom.
She opens the taps and within a few minutes the whole bathroom was covered in steam.
She removes the bandages and sees dark blue, purple, and yellow bruises covering her body.
Turning away from the mirror she gets under the water, wasing away the remaining blood and softly washes over the sensitive areas with soap.
Through the water running Kaia hears the door open and she immediately tries to hide.
"Who is it?" Kaia asks the person entering the room.
"I was told to place the clothes inside the room." A girl's voice rings from the door and Kaia slightly relaxes hearing that it's a girl.
