"there is no way, in any hell, I am wearing that! Forget it!"
A shrill voice rang through the cobblestone streets of one of the various towns in the valley below the Todoroki kingdom. Everyone in the streets turned towards a small boutique, shrill screams and pleads for help echoing from the wooden walls, painted white to match the beautiful stained-glass windows and silver accented door frames. Eventually everyone went back to their business, clicking their tongues and reining their horses, or pulling their carts. People walked in and out of shops, giving and receiving gold shillings. While the villagers peacefully went on with their business, a small group of friends stood in the boutique, listening to the poor shop owner and his assistant trying to wrangle a certain energetic blonde into a suit. They were out of sight in the dressing room, but denki's complaints could be clearly heard from the main shop space where three young men stood, waiting in their own suits.
"Just put it on Kaminari!" Kirishima cupped his mouth and yelled to him, standing unevenly on his broken foot that was held up with a splint, two slabs of wood on either side tied together with a thick rope.
Sero leaned on one of the numerous mannequin's torso held up by a metal pole, eating one of the bread rolls that Inko had given to them before ushering them out of her house, leaving her son to help them make their way through the thick woods. Izuku had shown them to the town, offering to show them around and to the castle, only to be shot down by Bakugo yelling bloody murder in the middle of the road, the only thing stopping him from ripping the small, quivering boy to pieces being Kaminari and Kirishima holding him back, each holding one arm as Sero flailed his arms between the two. Kaminari let out another screech, causing Bakugo to groan.
He uncrossed his arms, balling his fists and glaring at the changing room door. He growled a bit as it went silent, about to step forward and rip the door off its hinges when the shop owner opened the door, his blond hair a bit disheveled. Literal sparkles flew off of him as he stood proudly in front of the open door.
He clasped his hands together, a small triangular smile on his face. "he is simply..magnifique! Now, the money on m'a promis?"
//he is simply..stunning! Now, the money I was promised?//
Sero threw a glance to Kirishima who just shrugged, earning a sigh from the sapphire eyed man. "the money I was promised?" they all had lightbulbs go off in their heads, nodding as sero dug into his bag for his pouch, pushing himself off the mannequin and putting the entire pouch in his hands with a reluctant sigh. Kaminari shuffled out of the room, stuffed uncomfortably in a white suit, the colors of a regular suit flipped to where he had black accents instead of white ones.
"I can't believe you guys made me wear this...it looks stupid." he muttered, messing with the cuffs and looking self-consciously around at the others, a light tint of pink on his face. He put his hat on his head, sighing before tightening his belt holding his flintlocks under his suit, pulling the white fabric over it.
Bakugo felt his face heat up at the sight of him, looking at his silky blonde hair, drowning in his bashful expression. His heart pounded out of his chest every time he looked into those electric yellow eyes. He sighed, remembering the fact that he had completely blown off his feelings...even when he was feeling the exact same ones. The fact that he let his pride and stubbornness get in the way pissed him off to no extent. Now his stupid self would have no chance with the pirate because he couldn't get his big mouth shut for once in his life.
"Bakugo?"
"Bakugooooooo~?"
"BAKUGO!"
"is he dead?"
