Lea’s POV --
Small beams of light cast over the blankets which shield my face from the brightness. I was on something soft, so comfortable that my body sink further down with each new position I performed. A breeze coming from above kept me cool the entire night up until I began to shiver and thus the use of the blankets came into play. My palms feel all that is beneath me and I come to realize that I was lying on a bed.
I must be home, I thought to myself. My eyes open slowly, carefully, blinking a few times to redeem a clear vision. White sheets were pulled above my face. Just as soft as the bed itself. I roll over and normally at home my foot would hang off the edge. At home, my bed wasn’t the largest, it fit too people but I was an extremely wild sleeper so the edge is where I resided.
Tiredly, I yank at the sheets until I was unveiled and my eyes were exposed to the brightness of the room itself. The bed which I lied on was large, I could extend my arm and still not be close enough to the edge. A ceiling fan was twirling from above, solving the mystery as to why I was suddenly so cold. Glancing to my right, I see over seven pillows, all piled up over each other. I was lying horizontally on the bed. A closet was placed across from the bed, bathroom, balcony, to the left of the bed; placed up against the wall at an significant angle, was a TV just as large as the one in Jason’s living room.
The closet was open and I saw shirts large enough for me to wear as a nightgown. Hats with bizarre writing and designs on them, jeans and leather jackets. I slowly sit up, my hair falling in all directions to attack my face and neck. The bed didn’t even creak as I pressed my weight into it, I felt like I was just discovering a new invention. I see a small bedside table with a lamp that aimed upwards and to the right. On it I see glistening watch and listening closely I can faintly hear the ticking. I knew that watch and in a matter of seconds it all clicked in my head.
I was in Jason’s room.
Suddenly, I felt extremely self conscious. I feel on the bed, inspecting wet marks which indicated if I drooled or not. I had a habit of doing that when I’m really tired but hopefully my body was able to be mindful of the fact that I wasn't at home. Biting my lip, I begin to crawl out of bed. My feet touch the carpet and my toes flex against the softness. While fixing the sheets and folding them properly to make it everything looked untouched and ready for use, I catch the sight of something through my peripheral view. Tilting my head completely, I see that beside the watch sat a white pill container. I was on the verge of exiting the room but suddenly I was so curious.
Walking around wasn't hard since absolutely nothing in this room made a sound. I bet if I were to fall off the bed the floors would swallow it whole. I pick up the container, bringing it close to read the writing over the tape placed all around it. I give it a good shake and estimate about twenty capsules populating the inside. Reading the front again I find they were prescribed medication, antidepressants, to be exact.
Tramadol
Another container was hiding beside the one that was currently in my hand but formally place in front of it. I replace the former one with the new one and read the information in bold letters.
