Once Sam and Jackie got what they wanted for food, they decided to go back to their own motel room.
When Sam shut the door, he touched Jackie's arm with his free hand. "Why don't we watch a movie? Get our minds off of what's going on for a bit?"Jackie smiled. "Sure. I'd like that."
Picking a random movie they found from flipping through the channels, they sat next to each other on the bed, the two of them eating their food. At times, Sam would eat slower, feeling like he was going to retch it all back up, but he managed to keep it down.
Putting his arm around her, she leaned her head on his shoulder when Sam began to cough, using his free arm to cover his mouth in the crook of his elbow."You alright?" Jackie asked, lifting her head.
Sam turned his gaze over to her, giving a small nod with a light smile. "Yeah I'm good. Just had a frog in the throat."
Taking a drink of his water, he noticed a tiny little swirl of red getting mixed into it, immediately hiding it from sight, his heart pounding. Trying to concenrate on the movie, his vision started getting blurry to the point where he fell off the bed, breathing heavily as he hit the ground.
"Sam?!" Jackie shouted, going by his side. "Sam, what's going on?!"
Unable to answer, he could only let this play out, feeling like his insides are being lit on fire, spreading throughout his whole body, causing him to start sweating. Not really sure what else to do, Jackie took her phone out, calling Lily's number.
She answered on the first ring. "Jackie? What's up?"
"I need your help!!" She said, tears filling her eyes. "It's Sam, I-I don't know what's going on with him!! He's just spazzing out!"
"We'll be right there." Lily said, and hung up.

FIVE MINUTES EARLIER
Dean and Lily lay in bed together, the sheets the only things covering them. Propping her head up, she grabbed his hand, lacing their fingers together.
"Gotta admit..it's been a while since I let myself go like that." Lily said.
Dean smirked. "Yeah me too..""Kinda wonder what the other two are doing." She teased.
"Sam wouldn't even do that..he hasn't in a long time." Dean said. "Sometimes he would chicken out when we first started hunting together after being separated for a long time."
Giggling, she leaned a little closer. "Well..I'm not Sam."
Closing the distance, she kissed him softly on the lips when her phone started going off. Backing away, she sighed as she grabbed it off the nightstand, sitting up as she held the sheets around her. Noticing it was Jackie, she raised an eyebrow as she answered."Jackie? What's up?" A few second pause, her shoulders bunching up as she straightened in alarm, her eyes. "We'll be right there."
Hanging up, she turned to Dean. "It's Sam..."
Not needing to hear more of it, they quickly got dressed before running to their room, bursting the door open. Jackie had Sam leaning against the bed, his skin pale, shining with sweat as he breathed heavily.
"Sammy!" Dean said in alarm, kneeling in front of him. "What the hell is going on with you??"
"Don't even bother lying about it!" Jackie said, tears running down her face.
Sam didn't want this to happen, but now, after everything that went down within the last minute, he has no choice. They need to know.
"You really wanna know?" He asked in a breathy voice.
"No, we just wanna stand here and stare at you. Of course we wanna know!" Lily said, when her senses caught something. "Wait.." Kneeling next to him, she sniffed him again, her eyes huge. "Sam..."
Not waiting for a response, she moved the collar of his shirt to the side, and almost stumbled back from the sight, everyones breath catching in ther throat. They probably could've heard a pin drop, it went dead silent.
Underneath the fabric of his shirt, wrapping around his skin, were his veins, but a different color, creeping up towards his face. They were black.
