"Kook, what's wrong?" Hoseok asked as he swathed his arms around the crying boy.

"I don't k-know." A fresh round of sobs slipped out of his mouth as he grasped his jacket.

Hoseok led him to the couch and instructed him to sit before he engulfed him in his hug once more. "It's okay, Kook. It's okay," he whispered over and over again until the boy in his arms stopped shaking.

After almost five minutes of stifled cries and sniffles, Jeongguk was able to calm down and wiped the last tears that fell from his eyes.

"Do you wanna talk about it?" Hoseok asked, still caressing his back.

And the younger pondered over it for a while. What was he supposed to say? That he couldn't take his mind off his teacher? That although he knew it was wrong on so many levels, he wanted to talk to him and touch him in ways he shouldn't? That it actually pricked his heart when Taehyung said that they should forget everything and keep a clear teacher-student relationship?

"You'll think I'm c-crazy, hyung."

"Kook, you don't have to worry about that. Just tell me what's wrong. I don't like seeing you like this."

Although he hesitated at first, he told Hoseok everything. How he protected him the first day he met him from the others who laughed at him, about Taehyung who conversed with him through notes, about Taehyung touching his thigh, about their encounter after that which left him with a boner, about what he did to his teacher and about today's events. He didn't leave anything out. And Hoseok was left all out dumbfounded.

"I know it's wrong, hyung, so please, I don't want you to say that too. But I can't stop thinking about him. And it hurts because there's no way he would like me like that, and even if he did, there's no way for us to be something because he's my teacher and I'm his student. For a moment I thought he likes me too because I made him hard, but then I thought he's probably just attracted to my body like most of the people I meet. I'm just a seventeen-year-old boy, anyway. He wouldn't want anything to do with me, right?" A bitter chuckle seeped through his lips as he shook his head. Of course he knew he was right. "Hyung, what do I do? I'm going crazy here."

"Kook, I really don't know what to say. I mean, there's nothing you can do except forgetting about him. It's a dead-end and not because Taehyung doesn't like you, but because he's your teacher just like you said. He's five years older than you," he said, but Jeongguk didn't hear anything after 'not because Taehyung doesn't like you'.

"He likes me?" he questioned with big doe eyes, his lips parted in surprise.

Hoseok felt his heart prance at his inquiry and dropped his head. "I meant that even if he likes you, he's still your teacher. Nothing can happen."

Oblivious to the older's small freakout, Jeongguk pouted as his shoulders sank in disappointment. "I know."

"Okay so, do you wanna play overwatch? It will help you relax and take your mind off everything."

"No, hyung, I'm not really in the mood. It's been a long day. I just wanna take a shower and sleep." Jeongguk gave him a weak smile. "Thank you for listening though. I really needed to talk. It's crazy actually how you called me at the right time. It was like you knew something was wrong."

Hoseok looked away, uneasy, as he shifted in his seat. "Yeah, no problem, Kook."

Jeongguk narrowed his eyes on him. "You're hiding something."

"No, no."

"Just tell me."

Hoseok glanced at him and sighed. "Okay, Taehyung called me. He said to check on you. He didn't say why and stuff."
