Taehyung's alarm went off, making him groan. He reached over for his phone and put it on snooze before wrapping his arms around the younger again.

Jeongguk hummed at the delicate hug. With half-open eyes, he gazed at the beautiful man and cracked a giddy smile as he snuggled closer to him.

"Good morning, Kookie."

"Good morning," he murmured before placing a small kiss on his collarbone. "Did I fall asleep yesterday?"

"Yes, you did, and I carried you to your bed."

"Thank you for that and for sleeping with me. It feels nice." Jeongguk trailed kisses on his neck, feeling his warmth embrace even his heart.

"It does." Taehyung smiled fondly, but the moment was short-lived. The alarm blasted out again, and he sighed as he reached for it to turn it off. "We have to get up."

"But it's nice and warm," he whined, squeezing him in his hug.

"I know, baby, but we have to."

"Let's skip."

Taehyung snorted. "Don't even think about it."

"Why~? We can have sex."

"We can have sex even if we don't skip school."

"Yeah, but we can have sex all day long if we skip school." Something suggestive and alluring crept into his voice in his attempt to convince him.

"We can do that on the weekend."

"But I want to do it now."

"There's nothing you can say or do to convince me, baby, so get your beautiful ass moving." He delivered a swift spank on the said beautiful ass.

"You're so not fun." Jeongguk smacked his chest with a weak fist.

"Boys, get up. I can hear you two talking," Mirae said as she knocked on the door.

"Yes, Mirae," Taehyung said loud enough for her to hear him. "Get up."

A frustrated groan burst out of Jeongguk, but he complied and pulled himself to a sitting position. "I almost had you."

"No, you didn't," he snickered as he cupped his face. "You're beautiful even now when you just woke up."

"Yeah, right," Jeongguk scoffed at his words and drew a sugary kiss on his cheek. He earned an almost death glare from the older for what he said, but he didn't comment anything. They rolled out of bed seconds later to get ready.

All set, Taehyung trod to the kitchen and greeted Mirae with a smile. "Good morning."

"Good morning, Taehyung. Take a seat, eat something," she chirped, placing a plate filled with waffles in front of him.

"Thank you, you're the best! Just so you know, your son was trying to convince me to skip school. I said no way."

"Yeah, he's a sly kid when he wants to. But he hasn't skipped school that much I think."

"Why are you talking about me without my presence?" Jeongguk muttered as he bobbed into the room.

"I was just saying that you haven't skipped school so much this year."

"So much? Only one day I didn't go because, well, I really wanted to sleep. So Tae, let's skip school, please?" he pleaded, puppy eyes already in use and aimed at him.

"We're already up, Kook."

"You're so stubborn," he grumbled as he took his snacks and coffee.

"Look who's talking," Taehyung shot back with raised brows. "Are you ready?"
