Brooke sighed to herself as she sat in her car. She was waiting for Tom, he had asked her to meet up. Brooke sighed as he got in the car and looked to him

"what is it tom? I am not in the mood and I said to max that I was going to the shop" Brooke said as Tom looked to her and rolled her eyes

"I need to talk to you over max, he paid me a visit last night" Tom said as Brooke looked to him and rolled her eyes

"what do you mean?" Brooke asked as Tom looked to her and sighed

"Max came round last night and he threatened me, he told me that if I didn't stay away from you and Chloe that I would be sorry. Does he know over us?" Tom asked

"no, I would know if he did. I don't know what is going on with him but I will find out what it is" Brooke said as Tom looked to her ands,I led as he took a hold of her hand

"I hate this, I hate not being with you and I hate that max is when he doesn't deserve you" Tom said. Brooke looked to him and smiled as he placed a hand on his cheek and smiled as she leant in and kissed him "

it will all be okay I promise" Brooke said as Tom kissed her back and smirked into the kitchen

Brooke got home and saw max as he walked down the stairs. Brooke looked to him and glared "I think that we need to talk, I talked to Tom and I know that you threatened him and told him to stay away from max what the hell" Brooke said as max sighed

"he fancies you Brooke, dont you see how he looks at you. I won't sit back and let you cheat on me" max said as Brooke looked to him and glared

"I am not a cheat max,I thought that we had more in our relationship besides when were you going to tell me that you had a baby with my sister, you are the one that cheated not me" Brooke said as max looked to her and frowned. He had no idea how Brooke knew over what he and Chloe had

"she told you?" Max asked as Brooke looked to him and rolled her eyes

"no, I am not stupid max. Just stay away from Chloe and leave Tom alone. Nothing has happened with me and Tom" Brooke said as she stormed off.

She knew that she was lying over her and Tom but she was to annoyed at max. He was acting like a real jerk and she was starting to get really annoyed by him.

Brooke got to toms. Tom answered the door and smirked "hey" he said as Brooke looked to him and smiled

"max is the father of chloes baby. It's all a mess Tom, and all I can think that tis you that I want. You and only you" Brooke said as Tom looked to her and smirked as he pulled her close and kissed her.

Brooke smirked as the kiss got more passionate. He pushed her against the wall as he ran his hands up her thighs causing her to moan as he else her to the bedroom.

He pushed her onto the bed and they stripped off. Brooke pulled him close and kissed him passionately as he got between her legs and started to pleasure her, Brooke moaned into the kiss as arched her back towards him. She wanted him. Tom pulled away for a moment before he pulled her close as he pushed into her causing her to moan as he started to move in and out if her. Brooke ran her nails down his back as they kissed passionately.

Brooke knew that it was Tom that she wanted to be with and not max but she knew that she was going to have to end it with max and she knew that she wasn't looking forward to it

Max sighed to himself as he stood from his car. He had been to the hospital only to get into an argument with Chloe over the baby. Max was pissed at blaming Chloe for Brooke knowing over them. Max sighed to himself as he checked his phone just as he was hit over the head.

Max fell to the floor unconscious as his attacker ran off leaving him for dead but just who had been the one to attack max when he had so many enemies right now?
