Brooke sighed to herself as she got the hospital,. She looked to see max, he was still in a coma and her head was a mess.

She knew that she and max were practically over. She was sleeping with Tom and she was in love with him and max had screwed Brooke over by getting involved with Chloe and how he got chloe pregnant.

Brooke still felt as if she had an obligation to max, she was still his fiancé and she did care about him and she wanted to know who had attacked him.

Brooke sighed to herself as she walked onto his room and sighed as she sat next to his bed. She wanted to know how he was and if he was going to be okay, she knew that she couldn't live with herself if he wasn't. Max looked to her and smiled slightly

"your awake, how are you feeling?" She asked as he looked to her and smiled

"I've been better" max said as Brooke smiled

"I'm so sorry, do you remember what happened. Who did it to you?" She asked as max looked to her and shock her head

"no, I don't remember a thing. I remember fighting over Chloe and the baby and not much more. I'm so sorry" max said as Brooke smiled

"it's okay, we will find who did this to you" Brooke said

Brooke sighed to herself as she got home. She ran her hands through her hair and sighed, she heard a knock at the door and stood up and answered it as she saw Tom and smiled

"I wanted to see how you are. I know you went to see max" Tom said as Brooke sighed

"it didn't mean anything, I'm technically still his fiancée and I still care about him despite all that happened and I just wanted to see how he was" Brooke said as Tom walked over to her and smiled as he hugged her

"I know, I just wanted to see how you are" Tom said as Brooke looked to him and shrugged. He walked over to her and pulled her into a hug and smiled

"it's all going to be okay, I know it's a mess but it will be okay" Tom said as Brooke smiled to herself as she hugged him back

Brooke knew it was an easy and she did care for max despite all but she knew that it was Tom that she wanted to be with and that he was the one that she was in love with and he was the one that she couldn't live without

"it's going to be okay, have you spoke to Chloe" Tom asked

"my mum took her away for a bit, and the baby" Brooke said as Tom smiled

"maybe it's for the best" Tom said as Brooke looked to him and smiled

Brooke lay in bed with Tom and sighed. They had been having sex. She looked to him as he lay asleep and smiled.

She knew that she loved Tom but she also knew she had an obligation to max, and she knew he was still her fiancée.

Brooke played with the ring on her finger and sighed to herself, she didn't know to do but she was worried.

She wanted to be with Tom more than anything but with max going through hell could she really call of her wedding to him or would it so just be too much for her?
