Going to London

Jo's pov

After saying goodbye to my parents Elizabeth and Stephen and crying over FaceTime with my sister Katherine I am finally on my way to London to study for my acting and modeling career. It's always been my dream to be an actress and model. After a long flight I am finally at the terminal I look around and see a pretty girl a few years younger than me with a sign that says my name on it. "Hey I'm Josephine but everyone calls me Jo." I greet her. "Hey how was your flight Jo? My name is Mercy. She replies. "Long but I'm ready to see London and get my career going." I tell her. "Well let's get this show on the road" she says leading me to her car. We get in and start driving to the flat I will be staying at for the next 6 months. "So your sister is Katherine from 13 Reason Why? Have you done any films?" Mercy asks me. "A few small parts in some movies and an Australian TV show and yes she's my sister." I tell her. "Cool my big bro had a small role in a major movie. Maybe you saw it." She replies. "What movie?" I ask her. "Harry Potter and the Half Blood Prince he played the young Tom Riddle and my uncle Ralph played Voldemort." She says. "Wow neat so you know what's it like to have a famous family member." I tell her. "Yeah but not many people bother us here and my parents are in the entertainment industry too they direct and do cinematography." I smile at her and say "sounds like I'm staying with a pretty cool family." As we arrive to the flat I immediately tell Mercy "I feel like I've known you forever we are going to be best friends." "Yeah we are" she agrees giving me a hug. We both get out and she helps me grab my luggage. Well here it is she says and I am greeted with a lovely home made of brick we walk inside and immediately a cute brown pit bull comes running up and jumping on me almost knocking me over. "Woahh Diesel down boy." Mercy yells at him. "No it's ok" I say petting him "he's so cute." My parents are at work so you won't see them til dinner time. My brother Titan you won't get to meet since he recently moved. As for my other brother Hero who knows when he'll pop up." As she says this the door opens and in walks a very attractive guy who Diesel immediately jumps on licking his face. "Oh woahh speak of the devil" Mercy teases. "What are you talking about?" the guy says with his lovely British accent. He looks up at me and I notice he has the most beautiful greenish blue eyes. "This is my big brother Hero the one who played Tom Riddle." She tells me then says to Hero "bro this is the exchange student from Australia her name's Jo." "Nice to meet you" I tell him. "Um yeah it's good to meet you too I guess" he says a little rudely. "Can you show me to my room?" I ask Mercy now ignoring the rude boy across from me. "Yeah sure come on" she says leading me to my room as she walks she points and tells me where the bathroom is, her parents room, her room and then she says "and that's Hero's room when he's not staying over his friends house hooking up with random chicks." "So your brothers a player then?" I ask her curiously. "Well not really because he let's them know up front that he will never date them or be serious about them. Right now he's too focused on his career" she replies. I don't really know what to say about that revelation so I decide to keep quite.

Hero's pov

I had just got back from a game of footie with the boys when I walked in and heard my sister say "speak of the devil." "What are you talking about?" I ask her. As im petting Diesel I look up and am greeted by the most captivating greyish blue eyes I've ever seen and the girl was gorgeous. Mercy introduces us and I mutter a greeting sounding more rude than I had meant too. This gorgeous Australian girl was going to be living with us for 6 months. This is the last thing I need right now all we can be is friends. Maybe with some benefits I think to myself.
