It had been a week since Celeste came out of the Temple. Showing us the new kyber crystal. When she came out her face was damp with tears. She didn't say what she saw. But I was guessing it was something about her parents. But I didn't pry, she would tell me when she was ready. When we got back to the ship, she isolated herself to her own room. Only Sabine was allowed in the room. Probably because it was her room too. We all awaited nervously, sitting around the table. Hera drummed her green fingers against her lap. No fair. Sabine and Celeste aren't waiting. I thought, looking over to Kanan. Who was polishing his lightsaber.

"How long does she need?" I groaned, leaning my head back on the seat.

"You asked the same question about her in the temple." He joked, I crossed my arms, not in the playing mood. He straightened his posture, realizing I was serious.

"As long as she needs." He responded when suddenly the door to their room opened. Celeste held up her lightsaber hilt in triumph. It was a matte black hilt with a purple racing stripe along it's side. Her black jacket and pants that once had the blue stripe had changed to violet as well. She slid down the ladder, landing as she twirled what I realized was an extra long hilt.

"Can I see it?" Kanan asked, she handed it to him. He examined it with a careful eye before handing it back.

"Light it up."
