I was late for first period, as always, so I was the only one in the hallway. I was opening my locker to grab my books for my first two classes of the day, when a piece of paper fell out. What the hell was this? I picked it up, really worried because it could've been anything. I slowly opened it, mentally preparing myself for whatever it could posibly say.

Dearest Mara,

I know this might seem a bit creepy, but I really want you to know how much I care for you. I know you think you're worthless, but you're not. I know it'll take a lot to show you all of this, but I'm willing to do it for you.

If you want to reply to me, slip it into locker 231 by the end of the day.

Attached to it, there was one of those little candy hearts that people always get for Valentines Day. It said, ur cute. I've never had them before, so I took a quick picture of the whole thing, before popping it into my mouth to see what it tasted like. It was literally the nastiest thing ever. I don't know how else to explain how terrible it tastes. The only thing that I could say it tasted like was maybe chalk? That has to be it.

Should I reply to him though? I didn't have much time to think about it, before I got caught for being in the hallway without a hallpass. I'd decide what to do when I'm in class, its not like I pay attention all the time anyway. By the end of the class period, I decided I would reply to him. I thought it'd be cool to see what else he had to say.
