When I was putting the note in Mara's locker, I was the most nervous I've ever been. What would someone say if they saw me doing it? What if she caught me doing it? I'd be so damn embarassed.
I know she must've gotten it, since Ashton is in the same first period as her. He texted me and told me that she looked like she was lost in thought the whole period, which was out of the ordinary, according to him. She must like history.
Ever since Ashton told me hat she probably read it, I've been freaking out. I want her to reply to me, but I don't think she will. I mean, I'm some creepy ass dude that's putting notes into her locker telling her that she's perfect. God she's probably terrified of me.
I went to my locker at the end of the day and a note fell out. Holy fuck she actually replied to me. Fuck. What could she possibly say to me? I'd have to wait to read it though, so no one - mainly Mara - could see that it was me. I waited until I got home to read what Mara wrote to me, and I literally almost fell out of my chair when I finished reading it.
Dear Stranger,
Its actually not as creepy as it seems, its actually kind of sweet. All I ask is that you pick up some better tasting candy and you tell me your name. I feel like I should know yours, since you already know mine.
