Mina struggled as she was dragged down a small flight of stairs outside of a large mall. The officers holds on her only tightened as she continued to squirm."Stop moving Myoui, you're going to jail." One of them spoke, now several feet away from multiple police vehicles parked close outside the cluster of shops.
She silently cursed herself for trying to shoplift a penguin plushie, especially when police were already present at the mall watching out for the wanted criminal. Aka: Myoui Mina, wanted for theft, assault and much more.
She'd been living her life as a criminal since teenage years, but only a few years ago had committed much bigger crimes. Also earning a place on television for the past years.
As they arrived at the vehicles she could see a few people lined up a bit away from them, they seemed to be news people from what she could tell.
The back door opened and she was shoved inside, a few seconds later the driver entered and off she was to most likely a long prison sentence.
***
A few days had passed, the trial was over and she was now off to prison with an annoyingly long sentence.
She was currently in a large truck in the back with multiple officers surrounding her. It was almost silent except for the sound of the vehicle driving. The cuffs on her were getting her wrists indecently sore.
They had been in the truck for a while now, and from the now change in sound we're at the prison.
Her thoughts were confirmed when the large metal doors flew open and she was grabbed.
Looking around it looked like your average criminal containing prison, well kept fences topped with barbed wires surrounded the bare looking brick walls of the prison.
Once inside she was escorted over to her cell where several rows of identical ones sat.
Her handcuffs were removed and she was shoved in, accompanied by the loud clang of the barred door slamming behind her.
Looking around the cell she quickly spotted another girl sitting on the bottom of a bunk bed.
"Sup." She said once their eyes met, she had these unreadable chocolate colored ones with deep navy hair that really stood out against her pale exterior.
"Hi." She replied shortly, continuing to look around, and maybe find a way to escape.
"I've already searched the place, there's nothing here to get out with. You're Mina right? Myoui Mina?" She asked, and Mina looked over at her once again with a short nod.
"I see we've both heard of each other then, Kim Dahyun?" She answered, making Dahyun break out a small grin.
"Seems so, anyways it's about time we get let outside for a bit. You've been on the news a good bit so I reckon you'll be fine for a bit, but just in case there's this big brute of a man. Pretty sure he's a gang member or something but he's apparently the 'king' of the prison, goes around and beats up the weaklings when we all get let out together. Real brat of a guy." Dahyun told her, turning to peek out of the cell.
She leaned up against the wall, her arms crossed as she observed her cell mates side profile. She was quite beautiful she couldn't deny that, and had this aura about her that made her want to talk to her more which was quite unusual for her normally introverted personality.
"How long have you been here?" She asked, and Dahyun looked back over at her, resting her chin on a hand propped up on her knee.
"Half a week I think, you really start to lose track of time when everything's just repeating itself again and again. Trying to be in the shadows really, don't want the guards thinking I'm gonna try anything yet." Dahyun spoke, but then multiple guards came down the walkway, unlocking cells as they passed.
"Go on! Get outside, get a move on!" The guards ushered the now lots of inmates down the pathway and where she assumed outdoors.
"Come on, if we stay they'll just force us out." Dahyun stood up, waving her hand for her to follow and once they left were immediately swept along the current of prisoners heading outside.

The cool evening air buffeted her blonde hair as they stepped outside and into one of the many contained yards.
"Follow me." Dahyun grabbed her attention as she followed her over to a secluded corner where nobody was going, most everyone clumping up around the tables and rundown work out equipment.
"For someone that's only been here for half a week you seem to have quite a lot of knowledge about this place." She sat down against the wall where it turned a corner and continued past the tall fence several feel aways.
Dahyun chuckled, "Well, I'm planning on escaping soon and I'll need to know a good amount about the place if I'm going to do so." She sat down next to her, and she was slightly entranced by the close proximity of her. Also the fact of being able to pick up her warm scent, and cute face.
Quickly regaining composure though she looked down at the short cut grass.
"You're telling me, a person you just met literally 5 minutes ago that your planning to escape soon? I could literally go tell the guards now and your plans would be completely ruined." She pointed out causing Dahyun to sheepishly smile, a hand tucked beneath her hair on her nape. She couldn't deny though, the happy feeling that radiated off her heart in the few seconds after.
"Heh, guess your right. Although, I don't think you'd do that. Don't know what it is but I just have a good feeling about you, l mean we are technically roommates. So we should at least trust each other a bit right? Even though we both are quite famous criminals who could both escape pretty easy though." Dahyun spoke, and she raised a brow.
"You sure your not giving me more credit then I'm worth? I mean, I'm just an average criminal who's now in jail." She murmured, now picking at the grass.
Dahyun looked at her, "Are you kidding? You're an amazing criminal! Not all people can get on the news as much as you have and thats just saying something already! Not to mention you're super beautiful and I can already tell from the 10 minutes we've known each other that you have a great personality as well." Dahyun passionately said, making her blush as her eyes widened at the sudden praise. Not to mention the light feeling in her stomach.
"A-Are you sure?" She quietly asked, shaken by the intensity.
"Definitely! Wait a minute, are you blushing? That's so cute!" Dahyun leaned forward, her hand moving up to lightly poke one of her cheeks. She froze, her heart pounding in her ears as she struggled to remain calm. Her composure being decimated by the girl a few inches apart from her.
Before anything else could happen though, the inmates were ushered back inside for the final meal of the day. For some reason the time seemed to have passed much quicker then she had originally thought.
Her and Dahyun had continued to chat throughout the time during dinner and before blackout time. She swore she'd never talked to one person so much in her life before, but for some strange reason she didn't quite want it to stop. Signaled by the frown she bore as she tucked into the uncomfortable bunk, and with what seemed like forever, finally drifted off.
