"Ayaw mo ba talaga makisayaw don Nikka?" Pagtatanong ni Aine sa akin.

My eyes widened when I saw her. I immediately got up and hugged her. "You came!" Masaya kong sambit.

She let out a laugh and patted my back. "Oo naman. Why wouldn't I? Ito na yung huling event before graduation."

Kumalas ako sa yakap at tiningnan siya mula ulo hanggang paa. She was wearing a white off shoulder fitted dress, the sleeves were long sleeved and bell shaped, the dress ended just above her knees. She was also wearing beige stilletos. She had gold hoop earrings. Her hair was in a bun but some strands of hair were left in front of her face.

She looked breathtaking. I smiled in awe because I always knew she deserves everything good in this world.

"Nikka, makatingin ka sa akin ah! Konti nalang iisipin kong ako talaga ang love of your life mo." Pabiro niyang sabi. I rolled my eyes playfully. "As if! I only like dicks."

"Same." She said and winked at me. We both laughed. Ngayon lang ulit kami tumatawa ng ganito, for years we've been trying to heal ourselves..we stood strong for each other. It was a nice feeling na unti-unti kaming nagiging maayos.

We are close to grabbing our dreams. Parang kailan lang nung first year students kami na umiiyak sa mga Accounting subjects namin, ngayon malapit na kami makapagtapos. I knew Aine was bound to be Summa Cum Laude, I'm proud of the woman she has become.

Being a Cum Laude was enough for me. Accountancy was hard but we managed to survived. Matira matibay nga ika-nga ng mga alumni namin.

Aine twirled me around and looked at me. "Ang ganda mo pero ang pangit mo tingnan na nakatambay ka lang rito at nakasimangot!" Nakangiti niyang sabi.

I was wearing an olive green tube long dress na saktong nagtatapos sa aking mga talampakan. I also have white pearl earrings on. I wore black stilletos and my hair was just curled on the ends of it.

I didn't put much effort dahil akala ko talaga hindi dadating si Aine, but she did! She surprised me.

"Tara nga! Sayaw dayon doon!" Hinila ako ni Aine papalapit sa dance floor. She started twirling around and twerking in front of me which made me laugh hysterically. Aine will always be Aine.

"Dance! Dance!" She encouraged as she held both of my hands and started swaying para makasabay ako sakaniya. Sumabay rin naman ako dahil ayaw kong maging KJ sa kasiyahan niya ngayon.

"Yan! That's more like it." She said and chuckled. I raised an eyebrow at her playfully. "Ang saya mo namang nakikita akong sumayaw ah?"

"Hindi ka pala-sayaw, Nikka kaya it's always a joy if sasayaw ka." She answered. I pouted at her response. Dancing was never my thing kaya hindi ko rin pinipilit gawin, si Aine lang talaga nakakapagpasayaw sa akin.

Aine and I were enjoying and dancing to the upbeat music nung biglang nag change into a slow dance music. Akala ko ay aalis na kami ni Aine pero kinuha niya ang isa kong kamay at hinawakan ito at ang kabila niya namang kamay ay nasa bewang ko.

I shook my head and bit my lower lip. Kaya napapagkamalan kaming lesbian couple eh! Pero I didn't have anything against that. Aine was just always sweet to me in public and so was I, kaya lagi kaming natatanong if we were a couple. We would just laugh if someone asked us and brushed it off as it was nothing.

Komportable na kami sa isa't isa bilang mag bestfriend kaya siguro napaka-sweet namin sa isa't isa. "Isipin mo jowa mo ako." She whispered in my ear. We both chuckled.

I looked around and saw couples around us being intimate and sweet. I glanced at Aine and saw that she was also looking at the couples. I saw pain and jealousy in her eyes pero nung lumingon siya sa akin ay pilit niya paring ngumiti at hindi ipahalata sa akin yung tunay niyang nararamdaman.

"Does it still hurt?" I worriedly asked. She smiled sadly at me. "Nasanay na ako."

"Does it still hurt?" She asked back. I shrugged. "Manageable, I guess?"

We both stayed silent as we were swaying to the music.

Napansin kong napunta ang tingin ni Aine sa may likuran ko, lilingon na sana ako pero bigla niya akong inikot na ikinabigla ko.

I was in a state of shock. Both of my palms were rested in a man's chest. I felt my heart racing dahil sa kahihiyan.

Aine! What the hell was she thinking?! Last kahihiyan ko ba ito before I graduated?

The man took my hand and bahagyang lumayo sa akin, giving us more space. Nakahinga ako ng maluwag when I realized he was holding my hand!

"Nikka Avery."

Parang may namumuo sa aking lalamunan at tila hindi ako makasalita. Para rin akong nanigas sa kinatatayuan ko at hindi ako makagalaw.

"Nikka.." Pagtatawag na niya sa akin. His voice was soft. Nanlambot naman ang aking mga tuhod ngayon, tears were starting to build up in my eyes.

He lifted my chin up para magkatinginan kami.

He was smiling at me in awe. He lightly caressed my hair.

"Ivan.."
