Nadatnan ko sa kusina si Nathan, sumisipol habang nag-iinit ng pinamili niyang tinapay. He's acting like he was not drunk earlier this morning.

I smiled when I saw Ethan peeking behind the table

"Is our son here?" I asked Nathan and sat on one of the chairs at the table

"Gising ka na pala. I will make a sandwich for us and mushroom soup" he replied and made a halt to what he is doing to kiss me on the cheeks

"Hindi ko pa nga nakita anak natin" dagdag niya pa bago kumindat at bumalik sa pagluluto

"Okay, I thought he is here" pagmamaang-maangan ko pa

"Why don't we leave him at his Uncle's cottage so we can swim and canoe" he joke around and subtly look over his shoulder to glance at Ethan under the table

The chairs squeak and moves, letting the small tiny bean to be seen. He gave me his morning kiss and pouted his lips to his father

"Papa you said you won't say that I am already here" nagtatampo niyang sabi

"I didn't" Nathan defended himself

"Sabihin mo lang you can't say no to swimming" marahan kong ginulo ang buhok niya saka siya kinandong na may ngiti sa labi

We ate after Nathan had cooked us his dish. He's the cook for us since I can't cook and I am in charge of cleaning. No one told us to do this and that, it's automatic. He's not a pro nor an amateur, but his cooks are always on point. He made sure that we are full and our tummies are happy every time.

We change our clothes after. We rent a life jacket for Ethan, and Nathan and I shows off our bodies. He lifted Ethan on his shoulders while he's taking a dip in the water until the water is on his neck. Letting Ethan's feet to get soaked.

Nakasunod ako sa kanila sa likod habang kinakampay ang paa, supporting Ethan if he'll fall that I doubted. Nathan sink his head in the water for a minute so the kid will feel the water on his body. Ethan can't stop giggling. I scooped a handful of water and splash on his face and help him to wipe it off of him.

Nathan pulled away his body from the water and putted Ethan down while still holding on our son's armpit for support.

"Dun muna tayo sa mababaw lang. He's not skilled enough" aya ko sa mag-ama na agad naman nilang sinunod

Nathan lie down the kid on his stomach and pushed his life vest. Our son's feeling the water that surrounds him. It didn't take long for us to haul up from the water and sat by the shore. I dug a good amount of sand to cover Ethan's feet while he builds a castle with his father.

I can't help but get awed to Nathan, his body is sparkling from water droplets and his tattoos stands-out that fits his curly brown hair and steel colored eyes
