jaemin's eyes widened as he looked at the na's, confused expression was painted in his face. but the other people in the lobby wasn't any different.

"w-what are you saying? i don't know what you're talking about. know what, if you want our help on finding your son, just say it." queen huang stated as she placed her hands on her hips.

"don't act dumb and innocent. you know what exactly we are talking about." king huang said in a cold voice as he looked at the huang couple with his eyes filled with disappointment and disbelief.

renjun couldn't take it. he stood up and went in between, "your majesties, na's. isn't your accusation a little heavy? and, where did this came from? you knew well we're indebted to you."

jaemin eyed the princce back, really didn't know on where he should side so he remained standing in the middle.

queen na clicked her tongue, "renjun, we approved you as our son in law but we knew everything about it. some village people, who your parents managed to silence for 20 years, have stood up and told us everything."

renjun furrowed his brows as he turned to look at his parents who seemed to be lost and confused.

"i'm sorry, this is stressing me out. i need to take a rest. but i don't really know what the hell is this nonsense about." queen huang spoke while she rubbed her temples.

and it made queen na gasp, "nonsense!? you huangs kidnapping my son and giving him somewhere is not nonsense!"

"nas, please, we don't want any argument. please come back if you have enough proof to prove that one of us did it. if you have and it was pinning us down then we'd gladly accept anything you'll file against us–"

"that day, when we came over at the palace, i thought you had good intentions. i thought you just wanted to have a plain dinner, but it's unfortunate that it's also my delivery day. i was so happy to finally bring him to life. if only i knew that day that you have hidden intentions, we should've left the palace and just rested at a hotel nearby." queen na teared up as she stared at the huang couple as if begging them to just tell where they brought his son.

jaemin turned to look at renjun but the prince is confused and was listening intently. jaemin couldn't really focus on the story as he felt that it was too painful.

"we only got to be with him for a single night, even worse, for four hours.... how cruel could you be!?" king na really had enough it. it's just too hurting as he remembered how his wife cried first thing in the morning, i mean, who would want to see someone they love get hurt?

"i was so relieved when the village couple came and told us that they saw someone got out of this palace while bringing a baby with a light pink hair with them. they saw how that someone walked to the wood and met an another couple there. they saw how that someone handed the baby. but when that someone was about to go back to the palace, that someone saw the couple and threatened them."

"baby with a light pink hair? ain't that our son?" the king na clicked his tongue as he glared at the huang royal couple.

it was obviously their son. it was light pink since king na was the one that has a pink hair while queen na had a blonde, almost white hair. so in conclusion, it was incomplete dominance and their hair colors combined resulting to a light pink. (omfg non-mendelian— iM sORRY I HAD TO)

both royalties of huang palace remain silent and speechless. king huang furrowed his brows as he was completely puzzled and surprised by the story, "i swear, i didn't know what you're talking about! i was in my office the whole night because of the report you sent me."

"don't even deny it huang, we now know everything–"

the na's was cut off when they heard a chuckle from huang queen. the chuckle was endearing and provoking. it's almost classified as a tease.

they all turned their heads to renjun's mom as they waited for what she's gonna say, "of course, my husband is dumb and clueless. don't pin on him, he doesn't know anything."

almost every person on the room, jaws dropped while the na's became more furious, "you–!" but the queen was held down by her husband.

"i had to do it. i was so sick and tired of seeing the na's name on billboards and medias. for saving the huangs and the kims.. yay! meanwhile, our clan was downgraded as– according to the citizens– 'weak' as we needed help from the na's." queen huang rolled her eyes and clicked her tongue, but she smirked after, "so i had to do something. and alas, in the headlines, 'new born son of the royalty na's was lost?'. and i thought, i did a good job."

queen na forcefully removed his husbands grip on her as she walked towards queen huang and gave her a hard slap.

but queen huang just smirked as he looked back up, "you should atleast be glad that i got the wrong people to work for me as they raised your son when i told them to kill him!" and yet again, her cheeks met a palm.

jaemin frowned at the scene infront of him as he sat back down on the seat with jeno. jeno sensed the younger's uneasiness so he hurriedly went to him and tried to comfort him. meanwhile, renjun went to his mom and confronted her, "mom! stop this madness! what the hell are you saying!?"

"you're completely out of your mind! you're so blinded by fame! i-i can't believe you.." queen na trailed off as she let her tears flow.

queen huang chuckled, "and you're gullible. oh, mind you, i know my husband is too much of a coward to do it so i did it by myself, without him knowing everything."

renjun stood there, he really can't believe the words that are coming out from his mom's mouth. even his emotions are mixing up. he then shut his eyes tight and backed down and was luckily caught by jaemin and jeno.

"you're heartless. you could've said it straight to our face that you're being annoyed by our family. you didn't have to send our son away! now, where is he? where did you brought him!?" king huang exclaimed as he held his wife tightly.

the queen smirked as she raised her head, "i don't know and i don't care."

queen na was about to lunge at her again but she was held down by her husband, "let me go! this bitch is despicable!"

"bitch? despicable?"

queen huang clicked her tongue before pulling out something from the inside of her blazer.

jaemin saw it making him widen his eyes, he then stood up and hoped to block it,

"this is what you call despicable.."

and then a gun shot was heard.
