Naging masyadong mahaba ang oras para saakin at ng matapos na ang shift ko ay ready na akong mag drive papunta sa unit namin. Nag ring bigla ang phone ko ng makasakay ako kaya sinagot ko muna ito bago mag drive

"Yes, Stella?" bungad ko sakanya

[Can you please attend the meeting in Katherine's company?] paghingi agad niya ng favour saakin. My brows furrowed at that

"I'm dead tired. Why can't you attend ba?" pag complain ko sakanya

[I'm not feeling well. I'm kinda sensitive because of my pregnancy] she said

"Fine!" I sighed in defeat

[Thank you. Actually you'll deal with one more thing, I'll just send you the details later] she said and ended the call

Paguwi ko sa bahay ay naabutan ko si Cshy na nagmamadaling pumasok sa kwarto niya

"What's with the rush?" tanong ko sakanya ng pumasok ako sa kwarto niya at nakita kong naghahanap siya ng damit sa may closet niya

"I'll attend a meeting in Katherine's company" she said looking so stressed

"Where's Mark ba? I'll attend din eh" I said

"Having some business deals outside our country together with your parents. Shit lang, wala pa akong tulog" naiinis niyang sabi

"Same, and then I have to do something pa after the meeting. I have to take a bath na rin. See you later" sabi ko at lumabas na sa may room niya. Paniguradong unang makakaalis si Cshy

Dumiretso na ako sa may kwarto ko at inayos muna ang mga papers na nakakalat sa may desk ko. Pagkatapos ay naghanap ako ng maaari kong isuot, after which, I started taking my bath. Mga 30 minutes din akong naligo, pagkatapos ay lumabas na ako upang mag ayos muna at maglagay ng lotion and then I started dressing up. I wore a white cami top and and a black pantsuit. I wore my black ankle strap stilettos pagkatapos ay kinuha ko na ang bag ko. Bago pa ako makalabas ng unit ko ay tumunog na ang doorbell. Dali dali kong binuksan ang pintuan

"Good morning, Georgia. I am David, Stella's husband" he introduced

"Good morning, David. Nice to finally meet you! What are you doing here? Stella needs you" I said worried about the well being of my sister

"Oh, Stella told me to give these papers to you. Kailangan daw for later" he said at may inabot na mga papeles, I did not bother checking the name already because I am in a rush

"Thank you!" I said and then after he bid his goodbye already

Pumunta na ako sa may parking at napansin kong wala na ang sasakyan ni Cshy kaya naman binilisan ko na din mag drive

Nang makarating ako sa company nila Katherine ay inilead na ako kung saan ang meeting. Pagdating ko sa loob ay hindi pa kami kumpleto, I glanced at the room and saw some familiar faces, sila yung mga kakilala nila dad. However, an amusing grin was instantly plastered on my face when I saw Zac who is looking so serious while sitting down. Lumapit na ako kina Cshy at Katherine na nag uusap

"You finally showed up. Lagi nalang daw kapatid mo umaattend ng meeting dito sa Pilipinas eh" I said to Katherine after namin magbeso

"I was busy handling her company. You know, nagpalit muna kami for how many years" she said matter of fact

"Busy handling the company? Really? Or busy running away?" Cshy said sarcastically

"He's here now. How can I still run away? He's was also there before, I obviously can't run away" Katherine fired back

"Sakanya ka din naman uuwi eh" I said meaningfully

"As if. I still have companies to run, I have my own unit" she scoffed
