Elisa wipes her tears away with her hands.

she tries not to show that she's crying due to everyone's prepared speeches for the wedding. they're all gathered again to practice their words that will be said to the couple. it's also an efficient way to make sure no one is saying anything inappropriate and controversial. they've been enjoying the fact that the group has been joined together. they've all become such busy adults that it's hard to make time for every single person to spend time together.

Elisa is caught when Es looks up at her from her head on her lap. she laughs a little at the tears that fall down her mother's flushed face. "you look pretty mama."

Jungkook stands in front of his friends. he rolls up the sweater sleeves that keep covering his hands. "it's been an honour to know Shira and the woman she has become." they all listen, knowing Jungkook is a man of little worlds but when he speaks, it's golden. "her excitement about this new journey is evident and we as friends are happy to see how life will turn out to be for her." he ends, smiling.

Hoseok continues on from the younger. "Shira has always accepted my hope with giving arms and has given me advice with words that have meant a lot to me." he appreciates, smiling at Shira who's listening quietly. she seems appreciative of the words.

"Shira is different from all of us but that's why she's great." Zelda stands up, paper in hand falling as she quickly picks it up again. she hands it to her husband who continues.

"you bring so much to our team." Taehyung side hugs Talulah as they grin at her.

"here's to Shira and her attitude and loyalty towards us." Jimin says, raising the paper as he acknowledges Shira by looking at her. she smiles at him first which is a surprise, not just to the boy but the group.

Jin speaks, "we love you."

Namjoon adds, "we appreciate you."

and Elianna looks emotional as she ends the speech routine. she looks up from the floor and raises her glass to Shira, hoping she doesn't cry. "thank you for letting us be your friends." she says, voice clear and genuine.

other than Elisa's happy crying, everyone has happy reactions too. Shira most importantly, made sure to show her appreciation for her friends. in that moment she knew that everything would be okay as long as she had them by her side.

Elianna was bitter with emotion but glad the words showed the strength of their friendship. Jimin and Zelda hugged Shira. Jin and Hoseok totally forgot Hussain was even in the room. Taehyung and Talulah helped to clean up with Namjoon. Jungkook just had his eyes on Elianna, like always.

Shira gathers everyone's attention before standing at the front, "any questions in terms of the wedding?" she asks and pats down her dress.

"i feel like we're back at uni." Elianna comments, earning a laugh from some of the friends.

"jimmy jammy." Taehyung whispers. Jungkook does a double take, that's his nickname for Jimin but fine.

Shira raises her brows, addressing Taehyung. "is there something concerning Jimin that you'd like to share with everybody else?"

"oh yeah," Taehyung speaks louder, voice deep as he plays with Talulah's hand. "is my thing with Jimin still on?" he questions.

"wait what?"
