A Day Off

Lets Start With POV ;)

(Y/N) P.O.V

I woke up in the morning feeling like absolute shit, I had nothing to do anymore. It was my fourth day of rest and my wounds were healed since day two i'm off. I feel so lazy to get out of bed but I feel compelled to get up and move towards the bathroom to refresh my body. What do I do today? I already cleaned the house, doing laundry, walking back and forth from the kitchen to the living room, from the living room to my room, lazy to just lie down, sit, sleep, eat and reading.

I walked out of the bathroom and just stared at the closet, deciding what clothes to wear today would be hard, I sighed as I found a dark blue long sleeve shirt and three-quarter black pants. Closed the closet and walk to the kitchen, I open the fridge and found the last meal. I turned towards the cupboard and almost knocked on the cupboard door as I curse under my breath, there is nothing inside.

"I need to buy more groceries." I walk to the bedroom to pick up my wallet and walk out of the house. As I was walking my stomach was growling, 'Maybe I need to fill my stomach first, a bowl of ramen doesn't hurt, right?' I smile and walk towards Ichiraku ramen. Suddenly I stopped walking when I saw a boy with blonde hair standing opposite me with his arms crossed over his chest and looking sharp at me.

"What do you want?" I sigh and raise my eyebrows.

He didn't say anything as he turned to his left and pointed at Ichiraku ramen with his chin. I bowed my head a little and sigh again as I wave my hand towards him to tell him to go in first. Before I could enter something caught in my eye, there stood a woman with dark brown hair, crimson-colored eyes and light-colored skin. Kurenai. I smile at her as she approach me.

"Well, hello there." I said as I hug her. It's been a long time since I meet her. I know her from Asuma-nii and we became friends when I was twelve years old. She's like my sister to me.

"How are you?" Kurenai ask after we pull away.

I was interrupted by the blonde who call for me from inside. "How long do you want to stand outside, nee-chan?"

I sigh. "Can you wait a bit and eat. I want to chat with a friend right away. Can i? Just a minute, okay." I smile as he nodded his head in understanding and I add. "And oh, don't eat to much bowl."

"How did you know that boy?" Kurenai ask me after we walk a bit far from Ichiraku.

"I bumped into him before I entered Anbu. And since then he always goes where I go and asks to train with him." I explain and she nod before she ask.

"You joined the Anbu? Since when?" She ask with a bit of shock in her voice.

"Four month ago." I smiled at her.

"Really that long? And you didn't tell me then?"

"I wanted to tell but I don't have a time. You know in the Anbu always busy with mission, I just have a day off but the day after tomorrow I will go back to Anbu and do a mission again. I rarely have free time." I mumbled and shove my hand into my pocket.

She started telling me why I was in Anbu, it was too dangerous and too young for me. About dangerous missions, only for those with no feelings and cold-hearted, and tell me that I can be a chūnin and that I can continue to be a jōnin if I don't follow Anbu and do the usual jōnin missions.

"Well I know, I'm not a kid anymore, I can take care of myself, you know me." I look at her before bring my gaze to the ground. "You know, I miss Asuma-nii. How long he went away?" I look up at Kurenai and looks like she was sad too. I shouldn't say that.

"I don't know, don't worry he will be back i'm sure, he loyal with this village." She smile to herself.

I nodded. "Yeah." I step in front of her. "I think I will go back to Ichiraku I'm afraid that my wallet will be empty." I hug her and add. "Thanks for the chat even for a moment. It's nice to meet you again, Kurenai-san."

I heard she laugh a little. "It's nice to meet you to (Y/N) and how many time do i have to tell you, just Kurenai, no need for san." She corrected me many times and again.

"Okay, okay. See you later then?"

"See you later."

We part away as I walk back to Ichiraku I couldn't help but to think about Asuma-nii, what is he doing right now. The last time I met him was when I was twelve and he disappeared without a word and not  telling me where he was going and when he wanted to come home. He's like my brother to me, since I was a kid my parents used to send me to the sarutobi's house when they went on missions for days or months. When I was eleven years old I found out that my parents were killed in action while during a mission. I lived in a sarutobi's house a year later and decided to live by myself, Asuma-nii the one who always comes and visits me at home to make sure I was fine and have enough groceries and things. Speaking of groceries I forgot about it. I smile to myself and entered to Ichiraku.

"Sorry Naruto, it took me a long time." I smiled softly at him and took my order.

"I'm tired of waiting for you, until I'm done eating." I look in front of him as he already eat three bowl of ramen. I sigh and said.

"Yeah, sorry." I mumbled and start eating my food. "You're full?"

He nod. "After this you're going somewhere?"

"I want to buy a groceries." I glance at him, he seems like he was in thought.

"When we can training together?" He whimpered and crosses his arms over his chest.

I sigh again. "I don't know, maybe tomorrow? I have nothing to do."

He smile brightly and cheering happily. "Alright! I will see you tomorrow at training ground. Thank you nee-chan!" He thank me and walked away leaving me alone with his empty bowl. I shook my head and just eating my food.

I open the door and walk in before shut the door behind. I put the groceries on my kitchen counter and walk back towards the living room, too lazy to put things in the cupboard.

'What are you guys doing right now? Kakashi senpai, Tenzō senpai?' I thought as I lean against the couch. Hurry up when is my day off want over? It's take too long. I take a deep breath and close my eyes. 'Alright (Y/N), you have to be patient, okay. One more day, then you can go back to Anbu. For now just relax.'

TENZŌ P.O.V

I closed my locker and sat on the bench. I lean forwad as my elbow on my knee and stare at the floor. It's only been four days since (Y/N) take a break. It becomes lonely when she's not here, I mean it feel bored. Well, she love to make a joke and fooling around. I chuckle softly at myself.

"Are you okay, Tenzō?" I look to my side as Kakashi senpai sitting down next to me.

"I'm fine, just tired."

"You must be because I noticed you were smiling at yourself." I shook my head slightly and sigh.

"It's nothing senpai." I look at him and notice that his eye telling me he don't believe me. He just look at me but didn't say anything. We became silent for a moment, I could feel he already know what I've been thinking instead he give me his close eye smile.

"Alright." He started. "Get a rest." He put his hand on my shoulder as he squeez a little. I only smile at him and nod. "Don't worry she'll come back here." He smile and stand up before walking away. See, he already knows what I'm thinking, I don't even have to tell him why. That's my senpai, I chuckle and walk out the room.
