KINAKABAHAN AKO ngayon. Hindi naman sobrang kaba. Medyo slight lang. I celebrated our victory in advance kahit hindi pa tapos ang game. Can you blame me? I honestly thought it was over kaya ready na akong mag-victory dance. I thought we already won! May payakap-yakap pa ako kina Lorelei at Loki dear. Ngayon baka ma-jinx pa tuloy ang panalo namin!
I hope my Loki dear wouldn't blame me kapag natalo pa kami. We're this close to winning right now!
This is the fourth night phase. May matatanggal na naman panigurado. There are only six of us left. Once this round is over, ang anim ay magiging lima na lang. Quick maths. Dahil may isang Infected pa kaming hinahanap, this game could be over by the next day phase. Ang kailangan kong gawin ay ma-survive ang night phase na 'to (though that's up to the Infected) at maiboto ang tamang nominee mamaya.
"Good morning, players!"
My braided hair bounced as I walked out of the changing room. All smiles pa rin ako, siyempre! FYI, the cameras were still rolling. 'Di pabor sa akin kapag unflattering image ang nahagip nila.
Parang kanina, kumpleto pa ang mga nakaupo rito sa game area, ah? Ngayon halos kalahati na ang wala. That makes me sad, but that's the whole point of the game anyway! One player was expected to be eliminated in every phase. I just needed to make sure that it wasn't going to be me.
"Last night, the remaining Infected, despite working alone, was still confident," Sir Jim narrated. Talagang kinarir na niya ang pagiging game moderator. Pwede na siyang maging game show host. "One of you was injected with the deadly virus and died immediately after. Sorry, Loki, you've been eliminated from the game."
Wait, what? My Loki dear got infected? Tama ba ang narinig ko?
"S-Sigurado ba kayo diyan, sir?" tanong ko sa moderator. I can't believe it! I was expecting to celebrate our victory with him! Paano na ang celebratory hug ko sa kanya mamaya? I know, I know. Nakaisa na ako kanina, but that's for a premature celebration! "Baka mali ang pangalan na sinend sa inyo? Baka mali ang basa n'yo? Baka Lori, instead na Loki?"
"Ako ba ang gusto mong matanggal?" tanong ni Lorelei sa akin, but I just ignored her remarks. I don't care about her right now. Well, I actually don't care kung siya ang matatanggal basta't sa final round, magkasama kami ni Loki.
"Nope," Sir Jim replied. Muli niyang tiningnan ang kanyang phone. Sana mali ang basa niya. Sana mali ang basa niya. "The Infected's message clearly stated Loki."
"Lori, why don't you use your vaccine ability again?" Halos yugyugin ko na si Lorelei sa kanyang upuan. I mean, she can save people, can't she? Siya ang tanging pag-asa namin para hindi matanggal ang Loki dear ko! Kaya bakit nakaupo lang siya at nakatunganga? Was she conspiring with the enemy?
