Bet na bet ko talaga ang twist sa game na 'to. Ayaw kong magyabang, but I'm pretty good at chess. Kung pagmo-move lang ng piyesa ang labanan, our team would have surely won because they have me on their side! Pero dahil sa additional na bato-bato-pik, naging mas challenging ang laro. We wouldn't easily snatch the win on this one.
Could you still recall that blind chess that Loki and I played months ago? I beat him! Walang dear-dear pagdating sa game kaya I didn't feel bad about making him suffer a loss. Mas gusto ko ngang ma-impress siya dahil nagawa ko siyang talunin.
My Loki dear's taking the lead on this game. Tiwala ako na maipapanalo niya 'to. Ganyan ako ka-supportive sa kanya! His brother might be good at this game, but my money's still on my Loki dear. Paniguradong hindi kami basta-basta matatalo rito!

He planned to challenge Loki within two moves. Luckily, my Loki dear saw through his bro's schemes and moved Lorelei to challenge the enemy knight. Noong una'y pumalpak itong si Lori. I threatened to unfriend her kapag nagpatalo siya. Mukhang effective naman ang encouraging words ko kasi naipanalo niya ang challenge. I'm such a good motivator, am I not?
As the Queen, I'm the most powerful among Loki's chesspieces. Like, duh! Every chess player knows that! Hindi na nga ako makapaghintay kung kailan niya ako uutusang mag-occupy ng square at mag-challenge ng kalaban. I wasn't an expert on bato-bato-pik and I didn't process everything that my dear told me during the briefing. But that game is a game of luck. Tiwala akong kakampi sa akin ang suwerte!
So after Lori beat the enemy knight and pre-empted the attack on Loki, turn na ni Luthor para gumalaw. He may be my future brother-in-law, pero kapag nagkaharap kami sa bato-bato-pik, hindi ko siya pagbibigyan. Sorry, but winning the trust and approval of my Loki dear was my priority right now.
