i'm trying,
i really am,
to heal these broken pieces
and put myself back together again.
it takes patience,
patience and so much time,
for the superglue holding the pieces in place
to dry.

to mend myself
when i only have two hands,
a bottle of superglue,
and a whole bunch of broken pieces.

and i fall apart once more.
