Pay up, Kyouka!

Kaminari POV

Kaminari grins, they were almost there, "So Kyouka,if this place pleases your palette,what do I get to do?" He smirks, "Nothing perverted." Jirou scoffs, and Kaminari blushes and covers his badly phrased sentence with, "I didn't mean it like that! I meant as in with our dates!" But that sounded even worse, his face flushed harder, "Geez, I know what you mean Blunder-Volt..." she snickers, she appeared to be slightly amused. 

"How about the winner gets to pick the place for the next date? After that we can just alternate. It can be a surprise thing each time or something, it can make us bond(she makes air quotes with her fingers) and it'll make this more fun." She offers, her idea seemed genius to Kaminari, "Sounds really good!" He grins and then he looks up, "We're here!" Up above them, was a sign that read, 'North Wind Ramen' (I know that nobody will get this Yo-Kai Watch reference but I'll put it here anyways :'/)

Jirou POV

Jirou looks at the sign above them and appeared to look less modern and more traditional, Kaminari pulls her in by the hand and she sees a traditional table top ramen place inside. "Oh? Is that you Kaminari-San?" The shop owner asks him, the shop owner was a man possibly in his late 40s, "Yeah! Hey Yusa!" Kaminari grins at him, "Ara? Did you bring your lovely lady-friend?" The owner asked, Jirou lets go of his hand, but Kaminari answers with a "Uh yeah! This is Kyouka Jirou!" He motions for Jirou to come up and she does, she was slightly uncomfortable again, but she says "Pleased to meet you!" And they both take a seat. 

2 other people were in the restaurant, She was about to grab a menu but Kaminari says "Nononono! I'm ordering for you, you have to try this!" He takes the menu out of her hands and places it back where it belongs, he grabs Jirou some napkins and a pair of Chopsticks and tells the owner, "Yusa! Two of your special Everything ramen, one small one medium please! Shoyu!" Jirou looks at him, Everything ramen seemed a bit... Much. But since this was his place, she decided to roll with it. "Man it's been way too long! I used to go here all the time with my middle school friends!" Kaminari chuckles and pat Jirou on the head, "Prepare to be schooled, Kyouka!" He laughs and Jirou smacks his hand off, "we'll see." She tells him and her phone suddenly vibrates. "Hm?" She asks, as sh checks her phone, she got a text from her parents,

Dad: Kyou~~~~ R U free today? U should visit us!!

Mom: Yes, it has been a while hasn't it?

Jirou squints at the texts, she wasn't quite sure how to respond and she was at the moment on a date with her fake boyfriend that that would be way too hard to explain right now so she just answers with 'I M with someone rn' and she gets a text almost immediately after, Mom:oh, are you on a date? Then we shouldn't interrupt you! Dad: Whhhaaaaattt? Kyou? Ur on a date? Bring the lucky person over! Jirou grimaces as she reads that, of course, how very parent-like to jump to that conclusion... "What's up?" Kaminari asks her, he was trying to look over her shoulder, she covers her phone quickly, "it's nothing, just my parents, they want me to swing by" she answers, and she doesn't meet his eyes, her very awkward conversation with her parents, she'd much rather not have him come over to her place, and would even much more unappreciated if he met her dad, the two would hit it off.. A little too well. 

"Oh! Then we should swing by after!" Kaminari tells her, Jirou's face turns suddenly into a scowl "it's fine, I can visit them some other weekend, she tells him, but Kaminari looks at her, "Is this about the dating thing? I could just say I'm a friend" Kaminari suggests, and Jirou shrugs, she suddenly remembers some things that she should pick up from her house... Something rather secret... "Fine, but only because I need to pick something up, okay?" She sighs, and she elbows Kaminari in the arm, "You're going to get along pretty well with my dad..." She could just imagine, what it'd be like if they were best friends... Yikes...
