Chapter 34

Ughh maybe I should ask Julia out. But what if she doesn't like me? I don't even know anymore. But Athena did say to shoot my shot so maybe I should... but if I do maybe I should do it next time. Yeah! I'll do it next time.

"Ok, you two can go." The ride attend Said
"Thanks." Julia Said
"Thank you," I say entering the Ferris wheel with Julia

The ride was nice as both of us didn't talk. It was a nice silents. A silents were two people felt very comfortable with each other without feeling awkward. The sun was setting as well lighting up the inside. Almost like the gods wanted someone to be asked someone out.

"Ight you ready to go uphill?" Athena asked
"Yeah. But are we skating uphill?" I ask
"Nope. We're skating to the entrance but after that, we're walking up I'm not down to skate uphill. That shit sucks." Athena Said
"Oh ok," I say
"Yup anyways, follow me." Athena Said

I follow Athena to the view and as we skated I was pretty slow so Athena had to wait for me a lot. I felt kinda bad but she didn't mind. We skated for a bit until we got uphill and started to walk up hill while holding hands.

"Hold up. Give me your board." Athena Said putting her board down
"Ok," I say handing her my board

Once I gave her my board she put her board in her bag while she put my board on the straps.

"Isn't that kinda heavy?" I ask
"Nah, I've carried worst. Julia." Athena Said
"Haha, ok babe," I say
"Yup. Now let's go." Athena Said

We both start to walk uphill for a couple of minutes. It was somewhat tiring but Athena seemed fine.

How?!

"Hey, aren't you tired?" I ask
"When your able to run 25 laps around a track without stopping with no music then you'll understand but no." Athena Said
"Oh ok. Are we almost there?" I ask
"Yup just a little bit more." Athena Said
"Ok," I say

The ride then stopped at the top. The sky was
a dark pink mix in a with a purple and bright orange-yellow fading away.

"Hey Avery..." Julia Said
"Yeah?" I ask
"W...Will, you g-go out wi-with m-me?" Julia Said while blushing and looking out of the window

Holy shit?!? She does like me!

"Yes! Of course, I will!" I say
"Really?!" Julia Said snapping her head to look at me
"Yes!" I say
"Let's go!" Julia Said
"Hahaha," I say

As the ride came to an end we both get out and Julia walks me home.

"I had a great time today, next time I call the date," I say
"Haha, ok. See you then." Julia Said walking off
"Hey, you forgot something!" I yell
"Huh?-" Julia was cut off by me giving her a hug
"That's what you forgot!" I say running back to my house
"O-Oh okay?! I'll see you!" Julia Said

"Woah that's beautiful," I say
"Hehe, I know right. But not as beautiful as you." Athena said
"Look who's talking, your the one who's cute, stunning, and gorgeous," I say
"Ugh ok, you win." Athena Said
"Hehe, thanks babe," I say giving her a kiss
"Yeah yeah," Athena Said breaking it
"Let's stay here for a bit then we can head back to the hotel, hopefully, Vincent isn't like fucked up." Athena Said
"Haha, yeah, you guys have one more show right?" I ask
"Yup. Got sold out too." Athena said
"Damn," I say
"Yup. But for now, let's not think about that." Athena Said pulling me into a hug
"Your cute would be better if you were taller than me though," I say
"Shut up. You love my hugs." Athena Said
"Of course I do! You're like a teddy bear." I say
"Yup heard that before." Athena Said
