This is it. It's the very last chapter. I'll just keep quiet now...

Once everyone had left and said their goodbyes, Silver and N were the only ones left to take (y/n) home. Gold and Crystal had gone ahead to the train that would be taking them all to Johto. The two of them seemed a little too close, but Silver wasn't going to mention it. "We're finally going home," (y/n) said with a sigh. They were at the pokémon Center's front desk getting everything finalized.

"You must be so glad to finally be getting out of here," N commented as he signed the last line on the papers. The nurse gave him a small nod which he returned before guiding the trio to the door. "Of course we are. This trip turned out way worse than what we planned. We were supposed to try finding a place to rent out or buy so we could move here...but that's definitely not going to happen now," (y/n) said.

Silver watched her happily talk to her brother for a moment as they left the pokémon center. She seemed so happy with her family around and that's something he wanted to see more often. "Why don't we move to Unova instead," Silver suddenly spoke. N had been telling (y/n) about her sisters and her friends Black and White. "Move to Unova?" she repeated.

"Yeah, we could go there instead. I know you've already been there before, but I thought you might like to see everyone again," Silver said. He was avoiding (y/n)'s gaze the entire time since he had initially be a little afraid to propose the idea. He thought it would be great, but he wasn't sure how (y/n) would feel about it since she had run away from Unova to begin with.

"Silver do you really mean that?" (y/n) asked as she took hold of his hand and held it between her own hands. He looked her in the eyes and saw just how much she wanted his words to be true. "I'd never lie to you. I really meant what I said," Silver admitted. He was immediately pulled into a hug when he spoke those words.

"What a nice guy. I'm glad you two met. It seems you both compliment on another," N said with a slight laugh. But his demeanor suddenly changed to slight sadness. "It's about time I returned as well. I haven't been back in Unova in quite a long time. I left shortly after you did," he added. (Y/n) let Silver go and turned to her brother. "But you left in search of me. It's my fault you've been gone so long," she reasoned.

"That's only partially true. But I think it's best that we all just leave the past in the past. Dwelling on past feelings and events is what caused all of this in the first place," N explained. The trio grew silent once he said those things. Each of them had been reminded of their own wrongdoings, but just as N said, those things had all happened already. Nothing could change that.

"Oh, look at that. Certainly a beautiful sight," N said as he stopped and pointed out at something in the sky. From so far away, it was hardly recognizable, but Silver was a little familiar with the sight. "Ho-oh," he and (y/n) muttered in unison. "Ah, so it is a pokémon. It's really beautiful even from so far away," N praised as he watched the Legend fly off into the distance.

"Ho-oh is a very beautiful pokémon up close. I've never seen anything like it," (y/n) said. Silver nodded in agreement. "You've both seen that pokémon up close? Of course! Ho-oh is from the Johto legends. How rare of a sight that is and especially in Kanto. It must have been a wonderful experience," N said. He went silent when he noticed their saddening expressions. "We should hurry to the train. We don't want to miss it," N quickly changed the topic.

"Will Reshiram be okay being stuck in that pokéball all this time?" (y/n) asked. "Welm of course. Reshiram seems just fine with it. It's only until we arrive in Johto. I wouldn't want Reshiram to get used to this," N replied. Not much more was said between the three of them as they headed to the train. Just outside of the station, Gold and Crystal were waiting for them.

"It took you guys long enough. Don't tell me you all went sight seeing before leaving," Gold joked. "See, I told you it wasn't funny. No one laughed," Crystal said right after he spoke. "You didn't even give them time to laugh!" Gold complained. Silver didn't laugh at Gold's joke, but he did laugh at how much Gold and Crystal were acting like their old selves before Team Rocket ruined things between them.

It was an almost regrettable action because Gold and Crystal noticed it immediately. "Silver did you just laugh at us? You did didn't you!" Gold exclaimed. The boy went over to him and put an arm over his shoulder. "You're getting soft. You never laugh at my terrible jokes," Gold teased as he ruffled Silver's hair. "So you finally admit that your jokes are terrible. Took you long enough," Crystal said.

Gold didn't even acknowledge her words as if she hadn't even spoken. He left Silver alone and went with Crystal to board the train while pouting the entire time. "I'm assuming you two will be wanting to sit in the same seat, right?" N said. Silver simply nodded in gratitude as N handed them their train tickets. It didn't take long for them to find their seats. They sat in the same seat with N across from them. Crystal and Gold had gone to another area since they didn't want to be separated.

They were all quiet for a while even after the train had left the station. The one who had broken the silence was (y/n). "Hey Silver...when we go to Unova, what's the first thing you want to do?" she asked. Silver could tell that she was fighting sleep despite it being so early in the morning. Train rides had that sort of effect on people. N was already asleep himself. "I don't know. How about you?" he said. He flinched when (y/n) leaned onto his shoulder.

"I want to show you everything just like you did when we were in Johto. It's going to be...so fun..." she drifted off to sleep when she'd said those words. That left Silver to his thoughts, but they held no negativity. "It's all over. I can finally be free of all this." It was a simple thought that held more truth than Silver himself even realized.

And from then on, there were never any real problems for Silver and (y/n). Things in Unova turned out great. There was never really a dull moment in that region. Eventually, Gold and Crystal stayed in Johto, but they were happy there. Gold no longer held any envy for Silver since Crystal had helped him heal over time. Blue helped Green get over things and eventually she was able to meet with Silver again on good terms. Mewtwo, Red, and Yellow ended up traveling back and forth between Johto and Kanto as pokémon rescuers. Populated areas never really were Red's ideal environments, so they kept traveling together. He of course went back to visit his mother.

"Hey, Mew got left out! Tell them about Mew!"

Ah right, Mew. That mysterious pokémon disappeared without a trace after the events in Kanto. Mew remained in many places and watched over Silver and (y/n). There was definitely a reason why Silver's peace was never disrupted.
