Slowly but surely, Yoongi got used to his new life.

Being an exister— well, he should probably stop using that term— was a whole lot different than being a ghost. Now he actually had to touch a door to close it. Gravity, emotions, exhaustion— everything just felt heavier. Though there were a lot of disadvantages, the man in front of him outweighed all of it; made every single bit of change worth it.

Five years later, him and his lover were putting final touch ups on their new record store for it's official opening.

The raven head hung the last vinyl on the wall, taking a step back to admire his sloppy decorating skills.

"Gi, babe, can you take that box to the back?" Hoseok requested, stacking a bundle of CDs in a rack while nodding his head toward the box full of useless cassettes.

When he didn't receive a response, the brunet turned around to see his husband staring at the dozens of records. With a fond smile, the younger set down the CDs and walked toward the shorter male. He wrapped his arms around Yoongi's waist, hugging him from behind with a sweet peck on the side of his neck.

"It's beautiful." Hoseok complimented. He was sure he was directing it to the decorations but his eyes deceived him when they kept their focus on the older's side profile.

Yoongi hummed in agreement, pulling his husband's hand up, kissing the gold ring before intertwining their fingers.

The couple had their wedding back in April, purposefully picking the 11th as it was a special day for them. The brunet had proposed last year while Namjoon and Jimin were on their honeymoon following their own wedding.

The raven head had met the younger couple a week after his transition but he wasn't introduced as Hoseok's boyfriend until about a month after. It would've been weird if they revealed their relationship out of the blue which would've spurred a load of curiosity on pink frosting's part as to why his best friend hadn't spoken about the shorter male.

"Why the long face?" Hoseok questioned, rubbing his husband's tummy under the black flannel he had on.

"Just kinda bummed that I'll never remember my life before I died." Yoongi responded in a whisper, being cautious just incase Namjoon or Jimin walked in and heard their conversation.

"Well you've got a second life to enjoy with me now. Isn't that enough?" The younger pouted.

"Of course it is." The raven head laughed, tightening his fingers around his husband's hand. "But I'm just curious if I've ever met any of these artists. Look at this one, this was released two years before I died." His finger pointed at an old vinyl.

The center of it had a man holding a mic, only his side profile showing in the black and white cover. Above his head had the album title, When The Time Is Right, along with the year, 1973. On the bottom, the artist's name was written in bold.

Seokjin Kim.

Hoseok widened his eyes after reading it though the title pulled a smile on his face. Those were the ghost's last words to Yoongi and, at the time, he didn't even know they were one of his own album titles.

"Maybe you've met him, who knows." The brunet hummed. "You should listen to it. I've heard his music's good."

Yoongi shrugged. "After we finish arranging everything in the store." Hoseok nodded, letting go of the older, before hopping behind the register. "Where's Joon and Jimin, anyway?"
