Present Day
Julie's POVI woke up in a hospital bed hearing small mumbles. My eyelids were heavy as I tried to open them. Once I got them open my eyes scanned the room. Niall was sitting there with 2 kids. "Niall?" I spoke but came out as a whisper. "Julie? Guys look your mum is awake." He said. 'Mum? I'm not a mother.' I thought. "Mummy!" A little girl said jumping on the bed. Niall came to my side and said "Julie this is our daughter, Madison and our son, Kyle. "Niall where's Ashton?" I ask and Madison asks "Daddy who's Ashton?" "I'll be right back." He says and leaves the room. "How are you mum?" Kyle asks. "I'm ok. How long have you guys been here?" "Well daddy came and picked us up from school and then we got some food and came here to see you. Daddy says you've been here for months." Madison responds and Niall walks in. "Guys keep quiet we don't wanna wake him." He says and walks over to me. "Julie you may not remember this but you were pregnant with our 3rd child and after you gave birth, you were bleeding non stop and you went into a coma. You've been here for 3 months." He explains as I hold my new born. "His name is Ashton. You named him after Ashton Irwin. The guy I almost killed because of the accident." He jokes. "Niall can we talk in private, please?" He nods as the kids exit the room and go with one of his family members. "What happened after the accident?" "Well I got on a plane to Australia after Ash called me. Then a few weeks later we started over. And now were here." "Where is he?" "At home with his family." He replied. "Niall, where's Olivia?" I ask and he looks stunned. "Olivia, um she's ok I guess, I haven't spoken to her in over 10 years. Why?" He asks. "I remember everything. From when you faked your death, to when you came back and I went to Australia. Everything." I explain. "You remember things from like 10 years ago?" "Yea I remember everything clearly." "Well that's behind us now. It's time to start new. Now that we've got this little guy on our hands." I look at the little guy in my hands and realize that Niall's right. It's time to let go of the past and start new.
Here's to new beginnings.
