Harley

What was taking Isabel so long?

I looked over at the tables and saw her talking to two guys.

Jenny was beside me muttering about all the terrible things she wanted do to Brittany and George was trying to calm her down. I don't blame her though, that b*tch Brittany could make the devil jealous with how awful she was.

Brittany literally made our lives in middle school unbearable. She hated our guts. Everyone in school seemed to fear her except Me, George and Jenny. We hadn't met Isabel yet and we were glad when we found out she wasn't some rich, stock up snob who expected everything to be handed out to her. Isabel was fun, thoughtful and a very good friend.

Brittany's parents were rich, no doubt. They were into shipping and that made her feel like a queen.

When she was away at France, we didn't have much trouble with Cassidy and Lucy, her giggling minions. I could tell they didn't really like her and just liked the attention they drew together.

"What the hell do you want?" I heard George demanding.

I immediately snapped out of my thoughts and saw Brittany and her idiot entourage smiling smugly at us.

"Well if it isn't Marley and her loser friends." She said purposely ignoring George in her high pitched, squeaky voice that was obviously fake.

I just rolled my eyes, still really tired. I didn't have time for this.

"Welcome back from France Brittany." I replied sarcastically.

"Well thank you Harley," She said looking down at her nails "I'm sure you guys missed me, I mean who wouldn't."

*cough*"Everybody."*cough* Jenny said causing I and George to snicker.

Brittany and her mindless dummies glared at Jenny.

"You know you're not half as smart as you think you are, Jenny." Lucy spat out.

"Still makes me twice as smart as you." Jenny retorted not missing a beat.

People were now paying attention to us. I and my friends could walk away right now but I didn't want to pass up the opportunity of putting these b*tches in their place.

"Whoa Brittany, I'm just noticing something's different about you," George said squinting his face as if he were in deep thought.

"At least one of you losers noticed." Brittany said flaunting her new pink highlights on her black hair. I hate to admit it but it really did look good on her.

"Did you gain some weight? You didn't take it easy on the croissants back there in France, did you?" George said trying to stifle his laugh.

I and Jenny just started laughing. We were laughing so hard tears came out of our eyes.

"Watch your mouth Adams. Do you losers know who she is?!" Cassidy somewhat screamed.

"Okay first of all we're not losers, who made you judge?" I said. "and lastly, yeah we do and we don't give a sh*t about it." I stated in a duh tone.

Someone had handed Brittany a drink and I pretty much didn't need to guess what she was going to do with that.

Just then Isabel stood in front of us barricading us from her.

"Brittany, love...how are you?" Isabel said in a British accent.

Brittany just stood there wide eyed and dropped her cup of liquor.
