Nico's P.O.V.

I chase Will but give up after ten minutes. I'm exahsted and bend over with my hands on my knees gasping for air. I remember a lot about Will up to the point where I kissed him and shut him out. I bet I hit my head or something really hard and Will weadged himself in. He's probably just being nice to the gay lover boy who has unluckly fallen for him. I was panting now sweat trickling down my shirt from my forehead. I finally get up and start roaming around so Will won't have to be burdened. I remember more and more as I walk around. I see Connor and Travis with some goodies, Clarisse gaurding Couch Hedge and his wife's baby, Percy teaching sword fighting, and Rachel roaming around aimlessly. Rachel and I are pretty good friends. She doesn't bug me anymore ever since she became the Oracle. That was when I still liked Percy and was relieved that Rachel couldn't have him. I walk up to Rachel with my hands stuffed in my pockets. I blow my bangs out of my eyes. "Hey." I mutter. Rachel turns around and looks at me. She smiles her red hair bouncing around. "Hey Nico! How you doing with the memory loss thing?" Rachel asks concerned. I shrug. "Better I guess, I mean I remember a lot more than I did before. I'm still getting fragments and stuff. It's kinda getting hard to tell what's real and not real." I see uneasily. Rachel smiles widely. "Well I'm glad it's getting better." Rachel says happily. "Nico!" Will shouts at me waving me over from behind. "See ya later Rach." I say turning toward Will. "Bye Nic." Rachel replied a little sad. I go over ro grinning Will. I bet he knew if I spotted him not calling me over I would know the jig was up. "What do you want." I hiss. I really didn't want to get close to Will just to have my heart ripped out and stomped on then broken into little bity pieces. Will doesn't even flinch. "Well, I think you should know someone special is here to see you." Will says with a smile stepping sideways to the left. Hazel appears into sight and hugs me in an embrace. I return the gesture. "Hey Hazel." I say a smile plastered on my face. "Hey Nico. I came over as soon as I possibly could when I got the news." Hazel says and Ifeel a few of her strand tears fall on my shirt. "I'm fine. I'm doing a lot better actually. I remember a lot more as I walk around. It's coming back in fragments now but things are starting to piece together. Don't worry." I say trying to comfort Hazel because I hate to see her like this. Hazel smiles at me. "Will! Will!" Nilene calls urgently. "What?" Will asks noting the urgency in her voice. "It's a new camper and she's got some major injuries. One gash in her leg, claw marks that are deep in her right arm, and she's got a gash on her forehead." Nilene fills in. Will's eyes go wide. "Bring her to the infirmiry stat!'' Will orders running there probably setting a place for her in advance. I feel a sharp jab in the side and wince. She's not dead but she's heading that way. I glance at Hazel and she understands. She looks down sadly and silently praying to Hades. I look to the infirmiry wistfully. I wish I was with Will now talking with him and hanging out. I look as Nilene and another camper carry the girl to the infirmiry running. I saw a glimpse of the girl and took in every detail. Her co-co brown choppy hair that didn't go past her shoulders, her fading sky blue eyes, her peach skin, rosy cheeks, freckles that dance around on her nose. She's wearing a bloody black shirt with a school mascot on it. She's wearing dark blue jeans with a large tear in her left pant leg with blood oozing out. She's wearing black tennis shoes that are dirty and smugged. She must be Aphrodite because she looks like a godess even in this condition. She catches a glance at me and smiles even though I feel her pain. How can she smile in this condition especially at me? I stare at her puzzled as I look at her disappearing into the infirmiry. I stare there and feel her slipping away. My shoulders hunch. I hate feeling people die especially when I've gotten a good look at them. I get nightmares of them dieing over and over again. Please Will, save her. I feel her soul resteading itself as it begins to heal. The mystery girl is going to live, I know it.
