Chapter 16

Nico's P.O.V.

I run to the comotion to see Will gaping at a girl that somewhat resembles Percy. "You-you're a daughter of P-P-P-" Will stutters. She rolls her eyes. "Yes, I'm a daughter of Posiedon. Now, where's Percy? I need to speak to him urgently." she demands. Percy bursts through the crowd. "Why do you need to see me?" he asks. He walks up next to her and I slowly advance to Will. "Because, you're a hero and my half-brother. My friend, a fellow demigod, is trapped. He was captured by a minotaur. He's a son of Hades." she says as her eyes flicker to mine. Hades? I have, a brother? I shake my head. "How old is he?" I ask. "He's six." she answers. So, Hades didn't break the oath? I guess, I mean, it has been a while. "Six?!" Percy asks in shock. She nods. "Let's go." she says. "We can't go alone." he argues. She looks at me and Will. She flickers her eyes to Annabeth. "You two and you! You three plus Percy and I will go." she decides. Annabeth walks next to Percy intertwining her fingers through his. Will and I walk up next to them. Grace looks at them urgently. She catches Rebecca's eye. "And you shall also go." she says pointing to her. She walks up next to us. I notice that she finally changed into something else. She's wearing a light blue tanktop with a dark denim jacket. She's wearing a dark brown belt with dark blue skinny jeans. She's wearing black, leather boots that reach her knees.She loooks determined. She also has a sword with her. It's bronze, the special kind that can only cut and kill monsters and demigod's. We look back and Percy whistles loudly. Blackjack, a snowy white pegasus, and a chocoalte brown pegasus appear. Percy and Annabeth climb onto Blackjack, Rebecca climbs onto the snowy white one and Grace climbs on behind her. Will slides onto the chocolate brown one and I get near it. I expect it to stagger in fear but to my surprise it doesn't. I climb on in front of Will knowing he can't fly very well. He wraps his arms around my waist making me blush. "Lead the way." he says to Rebecca and we soar through the sky. Will buries his face in the crook of my neck. I blush harder as I feel his warmth spread through me. Stupid Will.

Percy's P.O.V.

I ride Blackjack with Annabeth as Rebecca and Grace ride Snowflake. Will and Nico ride Chocolate. Snowflake likes Rebecca, no surprise there. Chocolate likes Nico a lot though. 'Chocolate, you don't think Nico smells like death?' Blackjack asks. 'Oh he does. But he's a hero. I'm honored to have him ride on my back. Plus, he's just misunderstood. I like him.' he answers with a whiney. "Chocolate really likes you Nico." I say over the wind. "Huh?" he says not really paying attention. "Chocolate likes you!" I yell. He looks shocked but brushes it away. "Cool." he says in a bored tone. Up to him to make something awesome and spectacular seem like no big deal. "You're weird Percy." Rebecca says shaking her head. "Why?" I ask. "You just found out you have a younger sister and you act like it's no big deal! You're not even shocked! You just blow it off!" she exclaims surprised. I shrug. "I'm used to weird stuff happening." I say. She shakes her head. "So weird." she whispers. I chuckle. She's not so bad.
