20: #PartyTime (pt. 2)

Kian's POV

I see Harmony walking toward a table with a plate of food. She looks so pretty in her purple dress and even though she's wearing Converse, she's stealing the show.

"Are you just gonna stare at her?"

I look to my left and see Devichi sitting on a table, eating an apple. I swear this dude pops up everywhere. And where tf did he get an apple from?!

"You've got to stop that dude," I sigh and shake my head. He just laughs.

"You should always expect the unexpected." He says.

I shake my head and walk over toward Harmony. She's chowing down on the food like its the best ever. She may be skinny but this chick sure could eat.

"Wow. It really is you favorite," I tease as I sit at the table with her.

"Hahaha. Funny." She answers and wipes her mouth.

"So, are you having fun?" I ask.

"Yes! A million times yes! I can't believe you guys did this for me! And The Vamps are here!"

"We just wanted you to have a great time since you've been going through a lot lately," I take her hand and hold it. "I promise that I'll do whatever it takes to protect you."

"Aww thanks!" She says and kisses me. "I'm so happy that I- OH MY GOD! Connor is coming over here! Act natural!"

I turn around and actually DON'T see Connor coming our way. In fact, he was actually all the way over by Tyler and Troye at the bar.

"What are you talking about? Connor is over by the bar." I say. "And why are you excited to see him?"

"No! Not Connor Franta. Connor Ball." She says and gets excited as a baby-faced, short dude walks over.

"Hi there." He says to us in a British accent. "I'm Connor."

"Hi. Hi I'm-uh-I'm Harmony," she stutters. Oh hell no.

"Yeah and I'm Kian," I say.

"Awesome." He says, smiling. "Mind if I steal a dance with this lovely lady?"

"No." Yes.

"Wonderful," he takes Harmony's hand and leads her on the dance floor. I have to stop myself from knocking that stupid smile off his face.

I know. I know. Being jealous isn't cute but this dude was worst than Nash! He's British and has a baby face. He's in a band for crying out loud!

"The ugly green monster is showing."

I turn to see Jc standing beside me. He sits down and drinks his drink. He's just staring at Lia dancing on the dance floor.

"Shut up," I say. "You wouldn't understand.

Harmony's POV

I can't believe I'm dancing with Connor Ball! Connor fracking Ball from The Vamps! My all-time favorite band! He looks so good and smells amazing.

"I don't mean to sound like fan girl, but I freaking love you," I say but cover my mouth. "N-no not like that, but I-I just love The Vamps and and you're my f-favorite." Shit...I'm stuttering.

"Aww thanks," he smiles. "You're a cutie, you know."

"Thanks," I blush. Then Shawn Mendes goes on the stage and begins to perform Something Big. We dance and talk like we're great friends.

After the song ends, he introduces me to the other members of the band and they're all very nice. We chill and talk for a little while longer.

I'm really enjoying the party when suddenly, shots ring out. I look around and see everyone jumping to the ground and ducking. I feel something pierce my leg and suddenly can't walk. Right before I pass out, I catch a glimpse of the one person I wish would just die...

My dad.

Ah! Harmony's dad is back! And he crashed the party! That bastard. Where in the hell was Devichi?!

Hi guys! So I'm back! I was in a secluded land called "Writer's Block" and I couldn't escape. 😭

But!!!! Who else loved The Vamps and Shawn Mendes?! I do! So there's a late Christmas present!
