Chapter thirty-nine

Third pov:
Jin sighed, "I called them and they said I would lose my scholarship if I chose to wait, they won't even let me shorten the trip.... I asked them to give me some time to think about it, but they need an answer by tomorrow." He explained in a sad tone, Namjoon set the paper back down in its original spot, swallowing a lump in his throat, nibbling on his bottom lip, going deep into his thoughts.
"Look Namjoon, I'm not go-"
"Just go Jin," Namjoon cut the alpha off with a broken voice. Jin's felt his heart shatter, his eye widen in shock, "What? But Namjoon-" "I said go, you're still young Jin, and you've been wanting to be a doctor for so long, so go, I don't want you to miss the opportunity." Namjoon spoke, as he stared the alpha dead in the eyes. Jin shook his head, "An opportunity that I can get from any other university, I can't miss the birth of our child Namjoon, I can't take that back." The alphas voice cracked, he already missed the birth of his first pup, he doesn't want miss this one either. Namjoon sniffled, "I'm sure they'll let you leave for a family emergency, cause they can't back down on something extreme. We'll be ok, I'm not due until January, so it will work out." Jin sniffled, nuzzling his mates neck, "But, I don't want to leave you, I leave in two weeks and I'll be gone for almost seven months, I can't be that far away from my mate and pups." Namjoon cooed, running his fingers through the younger's hair, "I know Jin hun, but it'll be ok, Lily and I will FaceTime you. I'll also send you pictures of our pups growing process. Make sure you see our little boys growth." Jin let out a shaky breath, placing a warm hand against the five month bump, "If you want me too, I will, but I will also be on the earliest flight when our little one comes." Namjoon have the young alpha a soft smile, "I know you will Jinnie, you're an amazing mate and father." Jins lips twitched into a small smile, but it grew bigger once he felt multiple kicks against his palm. "A little boy, when Lily gets back she is going to flip when she hears about having a little brother," Namjoon snickered, confusing his husband in the process. Jin's brows scrunched, "What?!" The elder then lightly giggled, "She is very happy actually, were you so horny you forgot your daughter comes home today? She's upstairs in her room playing." Jins jaw dropped, cursing under his breath, making the omega laugh even more. He glanced down at his mates midsection, "Well, today is full of surprises, isn't it our little winter bear?" Receiving a little kick as an answer, just now realizing how much bigger his mates belly has gotten. "Has the pup grown? Or is it just me?" Namjoon hummed, "He's grown, almost eleven ounces by now, but I'm honestly going to end up with more fluid in the next few months. I bet it's going to be a water park when this pup comes." Giggling out the last few words. Jin sighed and couldn't help but stare at his mate, seeing how much chubbier and softer his mate has gotten. Loving every bit of the sight, kind of turning him on again to be honest. Namjoon groaned, feeling the alphas now soft member twitch inside him, "Really Jin, your knot just died down and your still in the mood." He sighed feeling his husband's forehead, "Are you starting your rut or something?" Jin smirked, and thrusted up into his mate, making the omega gasp. "Nope, it's just my sexy and beautiful, pregnant mate, your scent and skin is glowing, it's hard for me not to get aroused." Namjoon rolled his eyes, "That, or you just have a pregnancy kink." The young alpha shrugged, mumbling the word 'maybe.' Giving his mate puppy dog eyes, to help him blow off again. Namjoon huffed, pinching his mates cheek, "Fine, one more round, then you haft to spend time with your daughter and cook us dinner." Jin lit up like a five year old on Christmas Day, "Deal!" He then began mouthing at his mates neck, leaving more marks behind.

Jin was now making dinner, as promised, chopping up vegetables glancing every now and then at his mate and daughter. Lily was painting on her mother's small baby belly, with a special body paint. Painting a little ocean of creatures, "Mama wook! I paint tootle!!" Namjoon cooed at his daughters work of art, "Turtle baby, not tootle you goof," he chuckled out. Lily's head tilt to the side in confusion, "Tort.... twertle?... tor-tortle?..." Namjoon ruffled his daughters hair, "Almost got it baby girl, just keep practicing," he softly stated, continuing to watch his daughter paint. "Mama tummy too tiny," she whined out. Namjoon rolled his eyes at his dramatic daughter, "So is your brother Lil', the more your brother grows, the bigger my belly will get." Lily pouted, "But-but won't dat hurt mama?" Namjoon cooed and raked his fingers through his daughters hair, "No honey, it won't hurt me at all, it only tickles, and he loves to move a lot." Lily then gasped, clapping her hands, "Wike a dancor!! BB will be dancor!!" Namjoon chuckled, pulling his daughter into a tight hug, kissing the pups temple, "Maybe Lil', we will see."
Jin came up to his mate and daughter, wiping his hands on a towel, smiling down at his family. He gestured his head towards the dinning room, "Dinners ready beautiful's." Lily shot up and ran to the dinning room, while Jin gave his mate a hand.
Dinner passed by with a few dad jokes and stories. And Jin tucked his daughter into bed that night, while his mate took a shower. He paused when he came up to the doorway of the shared bedroom with his mate. Seeing the omega in front of the mirror, only in his panties, looking at his bump. Jin smiled and sneaked up behind the omega. Namjoon was in deep thought, staring at the stretch marks coming back, he jumped when he felt a pair of arms hook around him. The young alphas hands resting on his omegas bare bump, kissing his mates cheek, "You're so beautiful Namjoon, you know that," he whispered into the omegas ear. Namjoon let out a shaky breath, "How can you say that when I've gained nearly fifteen pounds and my stretch marks are coming back too, their more noticeable as well." He whimpered out, then squeaked when the alpha suddenly picked him up bridal style. Jin then gently placed the omega down on their shared bed, sitting between his mates legs. Holding the omegas growing bump with both hands, kissing each stretch mark he spotted. "Yup! Just as I suspected, you're still my beautiful omega, who is carrying and nurturing our second pup. Soon it will be our third, and fourth, maybe even a fifth and sixth. Oh! What if we end up with twins!" Jin rambled, making the elder break out into a fit of laughter, "Let's wait until this one is out first Jin honey, then we can think about having more. But four is my limit, no more than that," he said in sternly, cooing at the alphas pout. "But we make such pretty pups Joonie, I would love to have a little girl that looks like you," Jin mumbled, kissing his mates bump again. Namjoon gazed at his husband lovingly, he sighed, running his fingers through his alphas dark locks. "We will in the future Jin hun, but, what should we name our winter bear?" The younger shrugged, glancing up at his omega with curious eyes. "Didn't you mention that you had a name in mind baby?" Namjoon nod, nibbling on his lip, "Ever since middle school, I've wanted son named Taehyung." Jin lit up, caressing his mates bump, all while smiling like an idiot. "You hear that pup, mama has the perfect name for you winter bear, our little Kim Taehyung. I'm going to spoil you three rotten before I leave for Japan next week." His eyes began to tear up, he sniffled and kissed the baby bump one more time, before glancing at his mate. They leaned in for a kiss, mouths dancing in sync, like a memorized dance routine.
They slowly pulled apart, Jin let out a shaky breath, "I love you so much Joonie, never forget that." Namjoon giggled, eyes shinning with tears, "I love you too alpha, so much." The shared another loving kiss, then Namjoon slipped on his night gown. They cuddled together in bed, trying to not think about the worse that could happen to them. Only thinking positive, but.... of course that was never easy for them. Cause something, or someone, is out there, for revenge.
