The sun snuck through the now mended wall's window and woke Winter up. She thought. Oh! I'm back home. But then a voice rose from the shadows and reminded her of where she really was.

"Morning my queen. How was your sleep?", Rodney said cheerfully. He looked like he hadnt slept the whole night. Had he been watching her sleep? Creepy much.

"Considering the fact that I had been cuffed. I don't know. Horrible? You look more awful than usual. Were you watching me sleep?", Winter asked feeling freaked out.

"Sorry about that. Yeah. I couldn't sleep because I felt like that guy would come and abduct you. Plus. You're cute when you're sleeping.", Rodney said as a slight tint of red snuck up his neck and cheeks.

"Whatever. Take these off. Now", Winter demanded while trying to ignore his compliment.

"Ok. I'm sorry for making you uncomfortable.", Rod said as he walked over and uncaffed her.

He what? He was being extra nice for no reason.

"Can I go?", Winter asked while smiling thinking it was her lucky day.

"No. You're stuck with me my queen", Rod said while laughing.

Rod spent the next two days acting nice and soon, Winter found him as a friend. No. That was wrong, she thought. He was the enemy. Right? She questioned herself over and over. Never sure of weather to scowl at him or laugh at his horrible jokes.

On the third day there.

Helix had finally recovered and was ready to beat Rodney up. He was sure he was torturing Winter and other horrible things he didn't want to think about.

He managed to sneak past the many rage guards and Summer and Axel. When he got into the place where Winter was kept. He heard laughter too high pitched to be Rodney's. When he peeped through the corner, he saw Winter in a clean pair of clothes, being tickled by Rod. His heart sank right into his sneakers.

Why did he feel so bad about this? Winter was his friend. Why did he feel so much, unhappiness when he saw her with another male. He had to get out of there. There must have been some charms to make him feel that way.

As he turned to leave, it was too late. Axel had seen him and grabbed him by the collar. Gosh. He was way stronger than before.

"Hey Summer! Look what I found! Rod's going to love this", Axel said before throwing Helix face first into the room where Rod and Winter were sitting playing video games.

Rod got up. Looked at Helix then waved his hand to signal that Summer and Axel should leave. They did so.

Rod picked Helix up by the head and punched him in the side which earned a gasp from Winter. Why wasn't she saying anyhting? Rod continuously hit Helix until he was bleeding. It was only then that Rod dropped him, looked at Winter then walked out.

Helix looked up and saw Winter move towards him. She reached to touch his face but he moved. Why didn't she say anything? She didn't even give a reaction.

"Helix. I-", Winter started before Helix cut her off.

"Save your breath. I came to get you but seems youve gotten pretty comfortable with Rodney there. Don't touch me. I'll leave. And I won't come back. Just like you said I should. Now I see why you wanted me to leave. I said dont touch Me!", Helix shouted after Winter tried to touch his hand again.

Rodney was about to come to hit him again but Winter stopped him.

"Helix. Rod isn't a bad guy. He just needs the right people to unlock his nice side. Why are you acting so snarky with Me?", Winter asked with a hurt face.

So now she was hurt? Helix couldnt beleive it. He inhaled. Moved his legs to see if they were ok and got up with many groans. With his left arm bent and his right arm holding his side, he glared at the pair and walked to the door with a slight limp.

"I'm sorry I wasn't enough. Have a good life.", was all Helix said before walking out and exiting the place he never wanted to see again.
