NPov

The three walked into the other room and saw 50 beds all occupied. Atleast they were all above three years old. They cleansed them all and took them down into the tunnel.

After securing the entrance to the tunnel, Tina stood up straight and looked at a wall with a thoughtful expression.

Winter turned to Zayne and saw that he was looking at her. She turned away with a blush on her cheeks then turned back to see him still staring with a smirk now. Before Winter could look away again, Zayne and her staring competition was interrupted.

"What in the gasping goosebumps is going on here? Whatever. None of my business. *smirks*. So I have a plan. Did you two come alone or do you have people out there?",Tina asked.

"There are two more pairs of army angels out there. We need to get out and help them.", Zayne said seriously.

"Alright. I have a plan. But we need to get to get to Summer and Axel first. Hey did you know about Summer's acid claws and Axel's glowing wings?", Tina said as she went to the door and signalled that the two go to the sides.

Winter laughed out loud at this. No way her friends had developed such powers. It just. Wasn't. Well they just couldnt have.

Tina opened the door and the three ran out quickly. Zayne was about to fire blasts of the cleansing at the rages but Tina stopped him. She screamed at them to just keep running until she turned abruptly at a corner and the rages ran past. Winter sighed a sigh of relief and turned to see Tina about to open a door. What was with all of these rooms?

The door opened and revealed a Summer on her phone and Axel admiring himself in the mirror. They both turned to the three with a 'well? What're you waiting for' look.

"Took you guys long enough. You can put the lunch in the corner over there", Summer said absent mindedly.

"Let's make this fast", Tina said before firing two blasts at the two.

The cleansing worked instantly and perfectly. Axel came back to normal, stopped looking at himself in the mirror then looked around with a puzzled expression. Summer mirrored his expression, put her phone away and looked straight at Winter with wide eyes.

"I'll explain everything to you two later on. Right now we need to get out there and cleanse some rages!", Winter said rather confidently.

"Cleanse some rages?", Summer asked looking even more baffled than before.

"Just. Take this blaster and blast those rages. Then we'll find Helix.",Winter said.

The pair grabbed the blasters and followed them out. Rages were gathered somewhere and bright flashes of light were coming out of the centre. It must have been the other pairs. The five shared looks, nodded then began fighting.

Winter snuck a glance at Summer and saw her eyes flash red before her claws began emitting a black glow. She pounced on someone and slashed his face. The wound went deeper than her normal claws and wider as well. His skin looked like it was sizzling. She took the blaster and blasted him. Tina had one guy in a headlock using her legs then grabbed the blaster and cleansed him. Zayne simply punched the guy then blasted him. Axel kicked a guy then blasted him.

Winter was so preoccupied watching that she didn't notice a pair of rages running at her. She glanced over her shoulder and shut her eyes tight expecting to feel pain anywhere. When she didn't feel anything, she looked back and saw the two laying unconscious on the ground and a translucent peach shield was in front of her now glowing wings. Did her wings just form a shield?

Summer slashed another guy's face then looked over with wide eyes when she suddenly had an idea.

"GUYS! TINA! ZAYNE! AXEL! THE OTHER PAIRS! GO HUDDLE CLOSE TO WINTER!",Summer said as she ran to Winter, the red glow in her eyes fading.

Zayne, Tina, Axel and the other pairs ran there and huddled around Winter.

"Win. I'm going to need you to extend this shield so that it surrounds us. May you please do that?", Summer asked calmly.

"A few moments ago I didn't even know that I had this ability. And now I haven't even absorbed it. I don't know how to control it.", Winter said nervously but truthfully.

"Alright. Listen to me. You can feel the energy of the shield. Imagine that energy expanding. And think of the shield expanding. Try it out.",Summer said with a small smile.

Winter took a deep breath, did what Summer told her to and....
