The dean of the Holy Christ Hospital, Stefania sat with a thud when Rose narrated who really Sneha is. Aman conveyed the real face of Sneha. They couldn't believe that a woman who was with them for seven years is a fraud.

Stefi: I really can't believe it.

Rose: Even me... How cleverly she cheated everyone...

Stefi: Being a Cardiologist, how could she be heartless?

Rose: Yes, she is a cardiologist with no heart. She separated a mother from her child, father, and all her loved ones.

Sneha stunned seeing the place where she stayed twelve years ago. Taking the money from the woman, she decided to go to the place where she and her mother lived. She thought she will get some helping hand in that place. But the place had been changed unimaginably in the last twelve years. Shopping malls... computer centers... hotels... what not?

Sneha couldn't recognize the place. She couldn't even find her own house where she used to be. She inquired some people, telling her friends' names. But she didn't get any useful information. She felt dejected. She was hungry. Instead of eating something, she spent the money to buy a bus ticket. Her motive didn't get succeed. Khushi: Where?

Arnav: I'm going to Sanjay's hospital for official work.

Arnav: She is going to Hospital with Di to meet Shali.
