Chapter 6

Dahlia's POV

"Uncle Moony!" I cheered tackling him with a hug as I got off the train, he chuckled and returned the hug,

"Hello Dahlia. How's Hogwarts?" He asked as he loaded my trunk on to the trolley,

"Oh, I love it! It's like the stories everyone told me about. I even managed to find the Marauders Map, it's in safe hands don't worry" I rambled making him smile, "I'm also a Chaser on the Gryffindor team" I added,

"That's great" he replied,

"Remus?" A voice called from behind us, we stopped and turned around to see Auntie Mel stood there with the twins,

"Auntie Mel!" I beamed giving her a hug,

"Hello Princess" She greeted squeezing me, "I was wondering if the two of you would like to come to ours for Christmas" She offered, I looked towards Uncle Moony with hope, he smiled at me and nodded

"We'd love to Melissa. Thank you" He replied, the twins cheered tackling me with a hug before leading me away.

"D! Wake up it's Christmas!" Valeria yelled as she shook me awake, I groaned sitting up and running a hand over my face,

"Morning to you too, V" I mumbled as I got out of bed, Aurora grabbed my hand and dragged me downstairs into the front room, my eyes widened at the presents.

After we opened the presents and had dinner, it was time to go visit Dad, Mum, Uncle Prongs and Auntie Lily, well for me and Uncle Moony to visit Dad, Auntie Mel and the twins said they'll meet us at the graves after, we apparated to Azkaban

"Business?" The Guard grumbled,

"We're here to visit Sirius Black" Uncle Moony stated, the Guard looked up at us and sighed before mentioning us to follow him, the first time I had visited Dad I was terrified of the Dementors that patrolled the corridors, now they don't bother me unless they try to take my happiness, that's when Uncle Moony steps in with the Patronus spell,

"Black, you've got visitors" the guard alerted, moments later Dad appeared at the cell door, I smiled and hugged him through the bars

"Merry Christmas Dad" I whispered before pulling away, he crouched down to my height,

"Merry Christmas, flower" he smiled cupping my cheek, "Now tell me how your term at Hogwarts has been" he demanded,

"I'm in Gryffindor and I'm a Chaser on the Quidditch team!" I exclaimed, his eyes widened

"That's great! Just like your Mother, James and I" he commented,

"Also I've reconnected with Valeria, Aurora and Auntie Mel. We're currently staying at theirs this Christmas" I informed, he smiled at me and mentioned for me to continue, "I'm also friends with Harry again but he doesn't seem to remember me" I sighed,

"Hey come on now Flower, not everyone has your exceptional memory" he stated,

"I know...I miss you, Dad" I retorted,

"I miss you too, but don't you ever forget that I love you and I'm always thinking about you" he smiled,

"I love you too" I replied giving him a hug,

"Visiting is up" the Guard informed, I sighed letting go and taking Uncle Moony's hand,

"Take good care of her, Remus" Dad demanded,

"I always do" he replied before we made our way out, we apparated to Godrics Hollow and met Auntie Mel and the twins, the twins took a hand each as we made our way into the Graveyard, we walked up to the Graves,

"Merry Christmas Mum, Uncle Prongs and Auntie Lily" I sighed, the twins gave my hands a reassuring squeeze which I returned with a weak smile, I knelt down and clean off their Graves before looking up at Uncle Moony, he gave a small nod before creating a small bouquet of flowers on each Grave, I stood back up and began to walk out of the Graveyard with the twins, it's what I've done every year, left Uncle Moony with a few minutes by himself with them, I stopped outside our old house and looked at the decayed mess it was slowly becoming, "I want to show you something" I whispered to the Twins earning a raised eyebrow, I took their hands and lead them into the house, before projecting my memory of it into their minds, they gasped and looked around, we walked into the front room and smiled as everyone was there; Mum, Dad, Auntie Lily and Mel, Uncle Prongs and Moony, the twins younger selves and younger me and Harry, everyone was laughing and smiling,

"H-how are you doing this?" Aurora stuttered,

"I don't know, I think it's something to do with my memory, I can project it to display anything" I shrugged before the projection disappeared and we were stood in the destroyed front room, I sighed and began crying "I just want them back" I sobbed, the twins pulled me into a hug.
