I sighed as my father lectured me about the school. "Collin, this is a very important dealing here. This school is the most critical point in becoming King. You must take this seriously." I nod but don't focus on the words, it was something I've heard a thousand times before.

I look down at the black suit with intricate gold designs. It was getting fitted one last time before he left. The black colored button up and black and gold tie melded together with the suit well, the pigments almost perfectly matched. A royal crest emblem was stitched on the pocket in gold and a gold kerchief nicely folded in the same pocket.

"Honey, relax. He knows, you don't need to be so intense." My mother kisses my father's cheek and he sighs. "I know darling, I just want my boy to do well." I give my parents a smile. They found love at the school and I was secretly wishing to as well. My tailor, a close family friend named Mr. Jackson, gave me a thumbs up as he finished. I stepped down from the stand, adjusted slightly, and nodded.

"Well done Mr. Jackson, fits perfectly as usual." I pick up my gold crown set with an array of black diamonds and blue sapphires and place it on my head, fixing it in the mirror. "Handsome as usual" my mother says with a smile.

There's a small putter patter of feet as my little sister runs in and hugs me. "You look great brother!" she squeals as I pick her up. I smile and say "thank you. And I'll be back before you know it." This was going to be a long school year.
