Nagrarambol ang puso ko habang nagsasalita.
"No" she firmly stated.
"Please?? Samahan mo ako"
Anniversary ng mga magulang ko ngayon. And as my wife, I want her to come with me.
"Si Brianne ang isama mo huwag ako. I am not in the mood to play sweet with you"
"Shine, ikaw ang isasama ko. Not Brianne. Please? Kahit para nalang kina mommy" pamimilit ko sa kanya.

Napangiti ako. "Thank you"

Nasa sala ako ngayon waiting for Shine to come down.
30 minutes from now ay magsisimula na ang party nina mommy.

Napaangat ako ng tingin. And I think I just saw the loveliest woman in the world. Wearing her spring green blouson dress.
And like a crazy man, I just smiled at her.
"You look lovely"
nagkibit-balikat lang siya at nagpatiuna na palabas ng bahay.
Sinigurado ko munang napatay ko ang mga ilaw at nailock ng maayos ng pinto saka ako lumabas patungong sasakyan.
Naabutan ko si Claire sa loob ng sasakyan busy with her phone.
"Ready?" Tanong ko ng makasakay na sa kotse.
She didn't answered and focused on her phone.
I inhaled and exhaled a lot of times to calm myself before starting the engine and drove to my parent's residence.
"Shine, we can't be like this kapag kaharap na natin sina mama" Hindi ko na napigilan ang sarili ko in the middle of our trip. She's so silent it's creeping my insides.
Nilingon niya ako at tinaasan ng kilay. "Like what?"

Hindi na ako nagsalita. Kahit mag-explain ako, she won't understand. Her mind is closed for my explanations.
"Awe! Ayaw mo bang hulaan Nick? I bet, you really know HIM." she is toying me right now because she has advantage of the situation. Mali man na maramdaman ko ito since I am at fault, but still, it hurts, it pains me.
"We're here" sa halip ay sagot ko. Saved!
Bumaba na siya agad ng sasakyan, walked and waited for me at the entrance of the garden kung saan gaganapin ang party.
"The show has begun" she said smirking. And intertwined our fingers.
"Happy Anniversary mom, dad" bati ko sa kanila then handed our gift.
"Thank you son. Glad you made it." Nakangiting bati ni Mommy.
"Syempre naman tita. We won't miss it. Right babe?" She flashed her innocent wide smile.
I looked intently at her and smirked. I can do a little gate-crash to her game.
"Yes hon" I saw a pinch of bitchiness in her eyes. Mukhang nakuha niya ang gusto kong gawin. And I know it irritated her.

"Mabuti't nagkabati na kayong dalawa. It's been years na din simula ng magkalabuan kayo"
"Yes ma. Shine here just so love me a lot kaya hindi niya ako natiis" naramdaman kong nanigas siya. Nagtaka ako. Why?
