Of Encounters, Apologies, and Unexplained Attraction

"Don't forget about the couple special I'm filming at Lotte World; you promised to participate," A blonde-haired woman says with a dreamy sigh, as she wraps herself around a tall man, "I can't wait to show my man to the world."

"That's this weekend?" her 'man' says in his deep voice that contrasted with his handsome face.

"Why? You can't take back your promise," The woman says with a slight pout, "I'm happy we'll be able to spend a whole day together, even if it is on camera. You've been pretty busy lately."

"Have I been neglecting you?" He questions, as he bring her into his arms.

She nods as she wraps her arms around his neck.

"It wasn't my intent," he says as he pulls her closer to him, "I'm in the process of debuting a new five member girl group. There's a lot of work being put in to decide their concept and sound."

"I understand," She says in her usual sweet tone.

He smiles; never had he imagined he would have such sweet, amazing, understanding girlfriend.

"I don't know what I did to deserve you Dara," He replies simply, lowering his head to seal their lips in a sweet kiss, "You're the best thing that has ever happened to me,"

| Sorry Minnie... :( For chapter five) |

"Holy fucking shit," Minseok grumbles as he walks along the sidewalk, "The fucking author forgot about me," he says aloud, throwing his hands up at the unfairness of it all. "Where the hell is my ride?"

As if the forces of the universe heard his plea, a taxi comes to a screeching halt on the roadside next to him, "Thank you," he says graciously, as he enters the taxi and gives out directions for his work.

The taxi driver starts up the cab, eying the attractive carrier through the rearview mirror. The taxi driver initiates small talk, blatantly flirting with the oblivious pretty-eyed male. The conversation is one-sided, with one-worded replies.

Minseok is not invested in what the driver has to say as they enter traffic.

Minseok gazes out the window, looking but not really seeing as he losses himself in his thoughts. It is a fascinating concept, he thinks; the amount of people that enter your world, even if only for a second, eyes meeting.

The thought might not make much sense to the people who have not thought about it. Nevertheless, the people that cross you in the street, or the people who drive pass you in irritation, for a split second, you become a part of each other lives. It is an amazing notion.

Minseok breathes in deeply as he leans back a bit; now at a new angle, he catches sight of a road-sign overhead. At that moment, his plans for the day change, as he tells the man to exit onto a side road. Work is not as important as his current purpose.
