Loki's Daughter ( an avengers fan fiction)

Chapter 18

"shut it down, Dr. Selvig" I hear from on top of the tower.

"it's too late! she cant stop now. She wants to show us something! a new universe."

"Okay" stark says before taking aim at the dome. he shoots and the energy just blasts back at him. instead he turns down to where me and my father are now standing on the edge of the building. stark then decides to take of his  armor. my father and I decide to go inside as well.

"Please tell me you're going to appeal to my humanity." Loki says as he walks through the corridor.

"Actually, I'm planning to threaten you." stark says as he walks along the raised upper portion of the room.

"you should have let your armor on for that."

"yeah. its seen a bit of mileage and you've got the glow stick of destiny." my father smiles "would you like a drink?" stark asks.

"Stalling me, won't change anything."

"No ,no ,no Threatening." stark says. "No drink? are you sure? I'm having one." my father rolls his eyes. he walks over to the glass window looking over the city soon to be his.

"The Chitauri are coming. Nothing will change that." my father says. he turns back to face stark. "what have I to fear?"

"the Avengers." stark answers so plainly. my father looks confused. "That's what we call ourselves. we're sort of like a team. 'earth's mightiest heroes ' type of thing." he says poring a drink for himself"

"Yes I've met them." Loki replies.

"it takes us a while to get any traction, ill give you that one. but  let's do a head count here, your brother, the demigod" my father scoffs at this and turns around. "a super soldier, a living legend who kinda lives up to the legend." at this point I sense the plot. stark  is putting on another suit right now, but I know my father can deal with him. "A man with breathtaking anger management issues, a couple of master assassins, and you, big fella, you've managed to piss of every single one of them." I chuckle slightly. That was the point stark, please catch up.

"That was the plan." My father says.

"Not a great plan" stark retorts before heading for the stairs. "When they come, and they will, they'll come for you" and thwn almost aa an afeter thought adds, "and your daughter."

"We have an army" i say, deciding to insert myself into the conversation.

"We have a hulk." As if that beast would do anything less then destroy the city.

"I thought the beast had wandered off." Loki replies.

"You're missing the point, there is no throne. There is no version of this wherw you come out on top. Maybe youre army comes, and maybe its to much for us, but it's all on you. Beacause if we cant protect the earth you can be damn well sure will avenge it." Stark says, before taking a drink. My father slowly walks towards him.

"How will your freinds have time for me, when there so busy fighting you." I watch as the spears end loghts up and then dies as soon as it hits starks chest, a metallic sound ringing theough the room. My father tries again getting confused. "This usually works." He says.

"Well performance issues, its not uncommon. One out of five..." stark doesnt get a chance to continue, my father has a grip around his neck and uses it to throw stark across the room. "Jarvis anytime now" stark yells. I suddely remember the suit. My father grabs him around the neck again.

"You will all fall before me." My father says, and then proceeds to throw stark off of stark tower.

"Deploy" stark yells just before hitting the glass. I duck as pieces of armor come shooting out of the wall, and after stark. I watch as the suit of armor latches onto the man and stops his decent, he quickly flies up to the window and looks at the two of us.

"And theres one othee person you pissed off." Stark says, his voice more robatic now that he had his mask on. "His name was phil" stark says. Knowing what happens next i jump to the side as stark fires at my father. He gets blasted back and yells as he makes contact with the floor. I then fell it, the portal is opening. The chitautri will be able to get theough and loki will get his world, while Thanos will get his stones, and i will sinply not feel pain. Not very fair in my opinion, but after experiencing less than a minuete of absolute agony, i will do anythjng not to feel it again.

Stark is now thourly distracted, now all we need to do is wait and watch. I pick myself up of the floor to see the destruction they are causing. All this because Thanos wants to commit genocide.

Hey guys, as you might have seen, i did skip last week, and rather then make some lame excuse ill just tell you i was being lazy, just lazy, so yah. Anyways were nearing the end of Avengers, there are several diffrent ways i can go from here, so well see. We are 1:43 minuets into the movie. Hope you all are staying safe, also for americans, happy flag day.
