(AN: Ahhhh this is so, so late, I'm so sorry. I got stuck and didn't know what I wanted to do, but now I have a plan!! IDK how many chapters it'll take me to get where I want to, but I know how I want this to end! Please enjoy this chapter!!)
You'll be ok.
Your nerves were going crazy as you rode the train to your high school on the first day, Katsuki by your side and looking at something on his phone. You wished you were as calm as he was, but you were gripping the hem of your skirt so tightly that your knuckles were turning white. You weren't sure how Katsuki could be so calm, but you also knew that was just the way your dear boyfriend was. He was always calm, even in the most intense of situations.
You sigh a bit, leaning back more in your seat, which causes Katsuki to glance at you, noticing that you're staring at your hands and the tight grip you have on the edge of your school skit. He knew you were still nervous, even though he tried to help you calm down, but your nerves were always a bundle of confusion and constant anxiety. Honestly, it was a wonder to him that you'd made it through middle school.
You're both quiet for a bit, before Katsuki quietly takes hold of one of your hands, squeezing your fingers a bit to help your nerves.
"You're going to be fine."
"I know...just nervous."
"I know. I'll come meet you at the gate of your school as soon as I'm out of class for the day, got it?"
You nod, sitting up enough to lean on Katsuki's shoulder. You know he hates PDA most of the time, but when you feel him gently and quickly kiss the top of your head before turning back to his phone, it makes you smile and giggle a bit.
"What are you giggling at?"
"Nothing~"
Katsuki just rolls his eyes a bit, but he knows he's helped you calm your nerves somewhat, maybe just a tiny bit, but he's glad for that. He didn't want you stressing over the fact that you two were going to be in different schools now, especially since he was still close by and could maybe meet you for lunch some days and obviously head home with you when he didn't have to stay at UA late.
You'd be fine, he was sure of it.

Ugh...I feel so sick...
Walking into the auditorium, you looked around trying to find an open seat with no sitting on either side. You really didn't want to sit near anyone new unless you absolutely had to, fully intending to hide away in your phone until the opening ceremony began. Unfortunately, you couldn't seem to find any seats that didn't already have people around them. The seats that were mostly left were on the end of each row, so if you had to, you'd be stuck sitting next to one person, which you decided wouldn't be so bad. Because of this, you decide to look for a seat near people that looked like they were nice enough that they wouldn't yell at you for taking the seat next to them.
Eventually, you find a small group of three girls, sitting together and giggling over something. Maybe, you think, they would be nice enough to let you sit them. They could even end up being in your class, maybe you could all be friends!
"Um," after working up the courage, you walk over and look at the three girls, who all look at you and it makes you feel nervous, but you've already started speaking so no backing down, "Is this...um, this seat open?"
The girl sitting next to the open seat smiles and nods. "Of course! Come join us!! I'm Ayano Mizuki! Nice to meet you!"
"N-Nice to meet you...I'm (Y/N) (L/N)...." You take your seat and the other two girls, Asuka Hayashi and Chihiro Hirota, introduce themselves as well. The four of you talk and laugh over silly things while waiting for the opening ceremony to begin, and you find out that all three of them are in your class, making you sigh with relief to know they won't just be random girls you meet your first day and never speak to again.
You wanted to make lasting friendships while in high school, so maybe one day, you can look back and not regret being as shy as you are right now, you wouldn't feel like you missed out on anything.
Your new friends decide the four of you are going to have lunch together, and you're honestly beyond happy about it. In middle school, you'd normally eat with Izuku before you start dating Katsuki and then he joined you two, but now you had a group of girl friends to sit with and talk to during lunch, you could talk about girl things now and not feel like you would be making things awkward by mentioning certain things. You all traded phone numbers and started a group chat immediately.
You felt happy.

Once classes finally let out for the day, after you say goodbye to your new friends, you run to the gates of your school and aren't the least bit surprised to see Katsuki waiting for you there, just like he said he would be. You really had missed seeing him through the day, but getting to see him now and spend a few hours with him outside of school was just as good.
"Katsuki~!" The second you latch onto his arm, Katsuki is about to throw an explosion your way, before he settles and sees that it's you, not some random person that somehow knows his name.
"What are you doing, sneaking up on me like that?!"
"Aww...I'm sorry...I didn't mean to scare you, darling!"
"What. Who said I was scared?!"
You giggle a bit while Katsuki gives you a glare, before taking your hand and starting towards the train station with you.
"You look happy."
"Because I am, Katsuki! I had such a good day!"
"Really now?"
Katsuki listens while you tell him everything, about your new friends, how your homeroom teacher was actually really nice, in fact all your teachers appeared to be very nice. Once you were done, he told you about his day as well, the Quirk apprehension test his class did, and then something that surprised.
"...Deku somehow has a Quirk..."
Hearing that made you raise an eyebrow, while Katsuki just stare at the other side of the train, looking like he was thinking and pissed off at the same time.
"What? How...though?"'
He shrugs, saying "No idea...I guess you didn't know?"
You shake your head. "Not at all. I mean, Izuku and I are best friends but...he never said anything about getting his Quirk..."
You two are quiet after Katsuki nods, both trying to figure this out but coming up with no answers other than extremely late bloomer, but that seemed very odd to you.
You're not sure if Katsuki is still thinking about it when the two of you walk the rest of the way home from the train station, but you hope he isn't. His and Izuku's friendship still needed to be repaired in multiple places, and him dwelling on this wouldn't do any good, honestly. It'd make things worse.
So when you get your house, you give him a bright smile and say "Thanks for walking me home, Katsuki."
"Yeah, no problem."
"You wanna stay for dinner?"
When he shakes his head, you pout a bit, before he says "The old hag wants me home on time today, she said she has something planned for dinner. Maybe I can come over tomorrow."
"Ok~ I guess that's fine. See you in the morning then?"
"Yeah."
You very quickly give Katsuki a kiss before going inside, dropping your backpack and taking off your sneakers. Katsuki honestly made you unbelievably happy when he was with you, even if you two were bickering over a game or something like that. Even though you wouldn't be able to see each other much during the week because of school, it didn't matter. You could still call and text, you had other ways to keep in touch.
Things would be ok.
Gosh I love him.
