I can't move. I feel trapped after what Isaac says. I can see him opening and closing his mouth, talking to me, and all I can hear was...
"How will Harry react if he finds out you're having sex with his brother?" I am afraid of his reaction, and you may wonder why.
Harry is obsessed with me. Sometimes when he doesn't see me for a long time, he thinks I'm in his head. That I don't really exist.
Sometimes he says that the only thing that makes him happy is me and that if he loses me, it's not worth living.
If he finds out that he lost me to his brother, I'm afraid he will hurt himself. He is a nice kid to let him get hurt for something like that.
I know I can't be like this for a lifetime, but for now, Jordan and I feel like we have the responsibility to protect him.
"Do you hear me?" I hear Isaac's voice, and then my eyes focus on his.
"You have no idea what you're talking about," I tell him trying to seem sure, but the only thing I achieve is making Isaac laugh.
"I have proof, Joanna. I'm sure of what I'm saying. Get away from Harry, let him be lonely, and he won't learn anything," Isaac says and bumps his shoulder into mine. He then leaves me alone outside the principal's office.

After school, I am walking home on foot. I have to think about what to do. I have to talk to Jordan. The sunny weather helps me to walk and think about all the things that can happen.
While I'm walking, I hear footsteps behind me. I stop and turn to look, and then a body hits me, making me stumble.
"Sorry, I was in a rush to catch up with you, and I bumped into you" I look at the figure in front of me, and I see Harry.
"It's ok, nothing happened," I answer while I'm fixing my outfit a little. "What are you doing in this neighborhood?" I ask.
Harry doesn't live in this neighborhood. On the opposite, he lives on the other side of the town. It seems strange to me that he is so far from home. Did he learn something?
"The truth is that I was coming to see you. I didn't want to wait until Monday. I started thinking again ...-" he stops suddenly, and I look at him, trying to smile. "That you weren't real," he adds slowly.
"Don't worry, I'm right here. Do you want to come in? My mom will be back by now." I reply, looking around feeling awkward.
"Yes, of course. I would like that," Harry says and goes to grab my hand so we can walk together, but I put it in my pocket. "Will I be the first boy to meet your mom?" he asks, suddenly as we enter my driveway.
"Kind of," I say without looking at him.
"I'm excited to meet her," he says as I open the door with my keys.
We go in, and a sweet smell immediately reaches my nose. Mom must have cooked something good today.
"Mom, I'm back. I've brought a friend with me," I shout and leave my school bag at the entrance door. My mother comes out of the kitchen with a smile.
"Hello," my mother says politely and approaches Harry with an outstretched hand.
"Mom, this is-" and of course, she interrupts me.
"Harry Dodge, Jordan's brother, right?" my mom asks while shaking Harry's hand.
"Do you know my brother?" Harry asks, looking at her.
