The next day after the party I didn't talk to anyone. My father tried to talk to me, but he ends up talking to my mom, who tells him the scene with the figure I saw outside our house.
He claims to know nothing. My rejection made him not even come to the town as he intended, but I don't know if I should believe him.
Maybe I don't want to believe him because if it wasn't my dad, I have no idea who it could be. But on the other hand, it would be very uncomfortable if he had a half-naked photo of Chloe on his cell phone.
Like every school morning, I eat breakfast with my mom, and then I leave to catch the bus.
After a while, the school bus stops in front of the school. I get off the bus and look towards the parking lot. I see Jordan and Harry getting out of the car.
A few meters away from me, I see Chloe, Alex, and Zack. While to my right, on a bench, are Isaac, Diego, Theo, Dora, and Seth.
Harry sees me, and he starts walking toward me, but Jordan puts his hand around his shoulder and directs him the other way.
I approach my friends, and Alex hugs me when she notices me. I nervously bite my lips.
I feel so uncomfortable in front of Zack and Chloe. When they kiss, I have to look away. Alex notices that something isn't right. I can tell.
"I don't remember a thing from Saturday's party," Chloe says, looking at me. "I didn't see you all night," she adds.
"You saw me, Chloe, we danced together. Did you see your boyfriend as much as you wanted?" I ask, trying to behave normally.
"Yes, although I couldn't find him sometimes," Chloe says, smiling and kisses Zack on the cheek.
"Shall we go? The classes will start in a little while," Alex says and grabs me by the arm. Her mouth comes close to my ear.
"Do you have something to tell me?" she asks me in secret.
"What do you mean?" I answer, smiling.
"You seem weird today," she says, and I try to be cool.
"Everything is fine," I say and start walking faster.

The second period is over, and I am in my locker picking up the books for the next hour. Today I don't feel so good about what I saw at the party, and I saw a lot.
I close my locker and see Harry with his head slightly tilted.
"Hi," I say politely but moodily.
"Good morning. Do you want to walk together to class?" he asks excitedly.
"Yes, of course. How are you?" I ask, trying to make a conversation.
"I'm fine, but let's not talk about me. Tell me about yourself. Did something happened at the party that upset you?" he asks me just before we get to class.
"Not particularly, I just don't like seeing some people," I say slowly.
We got to class, we had History with Mrs. Fuze. She hasn't come yet. Entering the classroom, I see my friends sitting together in the middle row. An empty desk is in front of them. On the left side of the class is Isaac with Dora and Diego.
I approach the empty desk in front of my friends, and I can see Harry following me. I feel the eyes of others on me. I sit at the desk, and before Harry can sit down, a different bag is thrown on the chair next to mine.
