Owen's POV

I took a deep breath, regretting it almost immediately as i'm assaulted by the smell of over salted popcorn and peanut shells.

This is humiliating

I glanced around trying to see if any of my brother's were around and was thankful i couldn't see any of them because if i could see them they would see me standing with a slightly large black top and loose fitting dark grey joggy bottoms as i carried a large tray that was filled with packs of peanuts and popcorn.

I'm a damn leader and yet here i am selling peanuts and popcorn.

I shook my head at my thoughts knowing this was simply for the mission but even so it didn't mean i could quietly moan about it like a young boy.

I had to give up my suit and now this.

''I'll take two popcorn's and a pack of peanuts''

A young gentleman of about fifteen yelled at me as i turned to his direction.

''That's $12''

I replied without emotion as i stiffly exchanged the food for the money before continue my way down just as a Jay the ringmaster as i remembered finished his lion performance with one last jump through a burning ring from the lion who i think was introduced as Leon.

I wonder how he trained it not to attack him.

I will admit the skills of some of the performers were astonishing, the time, effort and talent some of these people had would put highly trained Academy member's to shame though none surprised me like a specific little bird.

It seemed there was nothing she couldn't do, she was fearless, kind and beautiful and i could see my brother's falling for her and i couldn't help but agree with Axel that she did help to change them in such a short time but i still worried about the attachment my brother's were gaining towards Sang, she had majority of them wrapped around her finger and she didn't even know.

That made her dangerous.

I knew my brother's were starting to see her as being the one for the group and as much as i wanted to allow myself to open up to that being the case part of me was worried she would tear my team to pieces.

Was it worth the risk?

I wasn't sure yet on that but i knew i had to figure it out sooner rather than later before all my brothers possibly including me fell for her.

I suddenly stopped when Jay announced the next act as GhostBird, despite knowing someone had just yelled on me for something off my tray, i couldn't help but turn my attention to the now darkened arena as i awaited Sang to perform.

I hadn't seen her since she left earlier after announcing what me and Axel had figured out when she explained what happened with Volto, that she was his target. My brother's had overwhelmed her with her yelling about how they were going to protect her and keep her safe and she dismissed herself to get ready for her song performance.

I was simply shocked that she had came straight to us after the incident with Volto, i would have suspected her to stay quiet and deal with it herself but she once again proved me wrong as she sought us out for comfort.

I will never forget the fear on her face.

The fearless girl had been left so scared after her introduction to Volto and i couldn't help the anger boiling inside me at how he caused that.
