A LOUD song suddenly filled the whole room which interrupted our deep slumber. It took Rosie a couple more minutes before she finally went to shut her alarm off.

I may have been disturbed with my sleep but I gotta admit, I wasn't really mad about it. In fact it actually made my day since it was The Paper Kites' Bloom that filled my ears early in the morning after all.

Meanwhile, Jamie was still snoring beside me, she even changed her sleeping position and hugged me. I can't help but sigh. She is indeed a heavy sleeper.

It took us an hour to get prepped up before coming down to the gymnasium. Today is the day. We will finally have our first innovative team building activity this quarantine. I couldn't help but wonder what games are in stored for us right now.

As usual, Jamie instantly grabbed Loki by the arm once we arrived. We were in the middle of a conversation when Emeraude suddenly went in front of the stage. She spoke and announced that we shouldn't get upset anymore for the food supplies have finally arrived, she also mentioned everything we have discussed beforehand, causing the crowd to uproar.

Most students were now discussing about how excited they are for the ball and festivities.

It wasn't long before we finally got our breakfast. Jamie almost got teary-eyed as she got hers.

"Namiss ko ang tapsilog! Thank you Lord at hindi na lugaw kakainin ko ngayon!" She said before taking in her first bite of beef tapa.

Actually, ever since that incident in the science laboratory, I haven't been able to talk to Loki yet. I've noticed him glancing at my direction for the third time now but I just acted like I didn't notice it. I'm still embarrassed about last night. Right after I left the laboratory, I soon went back to the execom office. Emeraude gave a brief statement before she dismissed us. She said that we should gather by the field after breakfast so that's where we are heading off to right now.

As we entered the school field, multiple students are already at the oval. I guess they're really excited about the event.

I couldn't help but admire the view. The ones in charged of this event sure did a pretty good job. Colorful banderoles were everywhere, tents and gaming obstacles were present as well. This is going to be fun!

We finally spotted them somewhere at the crowd. Emeraude waved, telling us to come over. We immediately went to their side.

All of us exchanged greetings when a siren ensued, indicating that the game is about to start. All the students began gathering around the oval. Everyone was wearing their P.E. uniforms, including the student councils and execom officers. Good thing our apparels were inside our lockers before the lockdown that's why we were able to wear it.

The field seemed to have bees everywhere. The oval was loaded with murmurs and conversations of students' thoughts about the upcoming event when someone suddenly stood in front of the center stage, causing everyone to hoot down.

"Good morning students! How are you guys doing so far? I hope all of you understand why we suddenly declared a lockdown inside the campus. It might be hard for most of us but it's for the better." It was sir Jim Morayta.
