"Hello?"

"Is it?"

"Is it what, Bil?"

"Is it about me? About us?"

"Yes."

"Ok. I liked it," she said.

"Thanks," I say.

"Also, we have an interview together for 'listen before i go'. It's to explain the meaning of the song and lyrics," Billie says.

"Ok, I'll see you there," I say.

"Ok," she hangs up.

"I have to go. I have press. I'll see you guys around," I get out of my chair. They say bye and I walk out the studio.

I park in the lot of the building. I'm wearing an oversized black and white and grey flannel with nothing but a sports bra under, with some cargo pants and forces. I get out of my car and lock it. I head inside the building.

"Hi, I'm here for an interview with Billie Eilish, can you show me where the room is?" I ask a worker.

My flannel wasn't fully buttoned at the top so you could see my chest more. Her eyes dart from my eyes to me chest then back to my eyes.

"Uh yeah, 3rd room on the right," she pointed down the hallway. I thank her and walk down the hallway.

I peak my head in and see Billie being set up by the sound crew. I walk in and hug Finneas, Maggie, and Patrick who were all there.

I sit down beside Billie and the same girl who showed me where the room was, walked over to me and started to hook the mic up.

"I like your style," she says.

Is this bitch really flirting with me right now?

"Oh uh, thanks," I slightly smile. I look over at Billie and she's gripping the bottom of her seat with all her strength and her jaw is clenched.

HA. She's jealous.

"So, what's your name, babygirl?" I ask her with a smirk. She blushes.

"Devon," she answers shyly.

"Well, you are very beautiful, Devon," I say. I quickly glance at Billie and I see she's extremely red.

"Bils, you ok? You're red," Patrick asks her.

"I'm fine, dad," she says through gritted teeth.

I thank Devon and reposition myself on the chair. I'm gay, I can't sit straight either.

"Ok, we are doing a few songs today, but for you two to do together, are listen before i go and ilomilo," a worker says to us.

We nod.

"3,2,1 anddd go," the same worker says.

"I am Billie Eilish."

"And I am Emilie Stone."

"And this is Listen Before I go," Billie and I say in unison.

"This song is a HUGE reflection of what Billie was feeling when we wrote it, and what I was feeling when I also wanted to jump last year," I say.

"Yeah. It's just this song I started before I stood there. It's a suicide note, in a way," Billie says.

"When we were making a melody for the song, Billie had asked me to do something soft and slow, something pretty, so I did," I say.
